.05 is the low that needs to be confirmed with a lower low. That means it goes lower than .05. So when it gets there please do not go anywhere near it unless you are properly purrtected with gear that will not allow highly toxic radioactive materials to penetrate your body. MSEV will be a radioactive heap of highly toxic smoking ruins! :)
