Pick a stock from $2.00 - $5.00 that trades no less than 100k shares daily volume that you think will go up in the next five days.
Select an entry price (like a market order), the stock must trade at that price within the next 5 days for your pick to be activated.
If the stock price gaps over or does not trade at that price during intraday swings you are not qualified.
The challenge plays till fridays close where I will calculate who won and post it on the thread.
The reward is yours to keep! The experience of fine tuning your ability to select a stock that is going to go higher. ( and that is cash in the bank for you) and of course bragging rights that you won..
Rules
1. stock priced between 2.00 - 5.00
2. volume of no less than 100k daily
3. entry price must be achieved during daily market 9:30 - 4:00 times (no pre market or after hour prices allowed)
4. no cramer picks from friday's show
5. one ticker per forum member
6. a ticker can be used once per challenge - if you want to use the same ticker for next week you must call it first after Friday's market close (4:00 est)
7. once an entry and ticker is selected and posted, there is no changing the entry or ticker.
8. entries for next challenge opens at Friday's market close (4:00 pm EST) and closes at midnight Sunday (12:00 pm EST)
(I'm starting a new thread to keep it under control. You can see last week's game here:

hey boo what happened 2 siri @ 1.00 be4 7dollaz?
It was revised to....SIRI to a new 52 week low before a new 52 week high :) Actually, my most recent call was over at a SIRI board that is probably down there at like page 5 or 6. I said that SIRI would more than likely confirm the top at 5.85 before it went into a more SIRIous tailspin, and I also mentioned that there was a questionable top at $7+ which may just prove to be an actual top. We'll find out when the wave of SIRIdiots interpret the next wave of news which should be da driver. I did say that SIRI will never generate any earnings which of course goes towards my opinion that earnings doan matter :) I also said my final target for SIRI was .50....or lower! I'll stick wit dat. *-) Hey...I'm sorry I couldn't get 3.75 fo ya on GTE last week. I see dat you'll be playing "mad cow" and animal disease hysteria with SVA this coming week. Try an keep er low key early in da week and ya might gots a shot! *-)

Nice! Cramer picked AVNX last night as the last nail to drive into da fiber optic coffin. Hopefully fokes ignore the "already beginning to tumble" mawket based on da futures and still drive this pig up through that 2.65 area I said needs to be breached. I saw AVNX trade to 2.73 last night about 20 seconds after the idiot pumped it. With so many in this week's competition that will finish with double digit % losses it's tough to pick a worst performer but I'll give AVNX da nod, even with the extra premium above the starting price it should receive today. Once again, thank you Jim Cramer! And there really was no need for a detailed eggs-pla-nation on why you like the fiber optic sector so much....we all know you are just attempting to set yet another sector top! LOL

I hope Boo didn't put his $6,000 bank roll on SIRI, cause this one looks like its going to roll down to $4 before it hit his $4.80 entry. I told you, you be betta off shorting this thing. AVNX still has a good run and might hit $3 before the end of the week.

Well, I'd definitely like to see it take out today's 4.36 low before it rallies because if it rallies foist I'm probably gonna be in trouble. I put SIRI up as a paper trade at 4.38 today so IMO I doan think it will break too much lower than 4.36, 4.35 might even do it. Stll stickin with AVNX as my pick for the biggest % loser on da board come da close on Fri. I say it will be trading at 1.75 or less. And I hope you sold SGU when I warned ya. It's gonna be tougher to pick the biggest % loser this week than the biggest % gainer because there are gonna be so many big losers among these choices. As of right now I would say it looks like either SIRI or SVA is gonna take da winner's share. :o

Ya mean sheeple cause I be toutin yer SVA or a sheeple cause I bees toutin SIRI? In defense of me SIRI...would CNBC do a special segment about Howard Sternum during the On Da Muny show if dere wasn't sumthin in da woiks? I think not! Sumthin bees up er CNBC wouldn't be focusin on Sternum. And Cramer would have said SELL instead of DON'T BUY on da Lightenin Yer Wallet round like he did tonight. If ya missed it check it out! Lighternin Yer Wallet round beees comin right up right cheeya right now! Dats 2 days in a row ole Jimbo said DON'T BUY when he cuds a said SELL. If he saids SELL he would have been wrong for the 27th time in a row bout SIRI and dat woulda bin a new werlds recerd uh huh. If I time er right....SIRI might be up dere at like fo niney five come Tursday night an Jimbo bees say buy! Oh yeah BAAAAAAYBEEEEEEE! *-) If ya want a sheeple "go get a shot in de a$$ so ya doesn't catch berd flew" stock than check out NVAX. :o

SO sheep, goat, or anyother farm animal u wanna tro at me its makin money, and that's the plan aint it?? I doan remember my midweek pick as da winner from last week ova heeeya. I did pick da winner at da little dawg track if dat means sutton to ya. And of course I nailed a couple a dawgs that I personally picked and said they would fall 20%+ in a single week to hit me entry tawgets. Of course there was dat UDSG thangy that everyone was gettin all WOWZIE POWZIE on cause it was up 30% in 2 days...I said dat one would still be da big loser and it ended up doin jist dat. Maybe I'm better at pickin junk dats gonna kaplunk! What have you done for me lately? :)

RALLY, come on baby, run, run like da wind!!
You mentioned lockin in a 5%+ guaranteed return right now which gots me thinkin like nobody else on da planet does. Check this in! Everybody is voicing their concerns about da Fed tightening and choking off de economy. Even Cramer did it on tonight's Completely Insane Money show, and of course it's a daily ritual fo Larry Krudlow. I was jist wonderin what would happen if say Black Fri followed by Blue Mon hit and da Naz corrected a ton in like 3 days. Da Fed wouldn't have to raise rates no mo. Larry Kudlow wouldn't have to cheerlead stock prices if they was falling as da Fed held steady. Cramer would eventually have to say sell...which would probably make the Fed loosen! Seems like a purrfect world ta me! I'm hopin fo crash and boin! 5% sounds just great! LOL

Do I get the little bold print that says i'm a stock picker winner for second place to Thierry? Intuition tells me "no". But I still have a chance for the book right?

If I win (which seems to be in the realm of possibilities this week) the free book (which I can't award to myself) goes to the second place winner. No bold type for 2nd place, however!
