Is this on your watch list due to shorting (catching the squeeze)? I see that they made the naked short list on buyins.net back on the 13th. I also see that the RSI is at 20 which is pretty low meaning it's oversold, correct?

no such thing as being 100% correct in or OUT of the market. If there were, Warren Buffet and not Bill Gates would be the richest man in the U.S.. Do
your own research and you will come up with a winner. It's kinda like the
investment services that GUARANTEE you an 80% accuracy. If they were
so good, they would be WAY too busy trading rather than trying to sell their
service. Your participation in a stock has nothing to do with it's performance
and there is no black cloud hanging over your head. Throughout 2005, just
about every high flying stock got taken down by something ...a lawsuit, an SEC investigation, a drug that didn't fly. Ain't no such animal as a sure thing
in the market pal. Hang in and do a LOT of research. Mess with charts if you
want to but be aware that there is no sure fire system !

Excellent entries in the low 1.40's. The whole market tanked today, so it could have been worse for BCON. I'm still concern that today's red candle didn't form a tail, so it may go below 1.40 tommorrow. However, all my indicators show an extreme over selling and it HAS to bounce tommorrow WEDS

I've got 1000 @ 1.50 from the other day, then another 800 @ 1.43 today. Let's see.
Not too shabby, up 3.5% after hours already. Let's hope this trend continues through tomorrow for a nice gain.

Looking good. It should get to 1.80 pretty easily. 2.00 could be a stretch - depends how much volume it can drag in on what will most likely be quite a good day in the markets tomorrow.

its been hovering at that 1.52 -1.54 area for about 2 hours. No breakout as of yet. It keeps testing 1.54 though - seems to be resistance.

This BCON has several levels of weak resistance and will not go all the way up on the first day. Might require a little patience. (Of course no-one ever lost money selling too early! (unless you study economics and believe in implicit cost!))
Levels: 1.56, 1.61, 1.77, 1.85.

Got in at 1.50 Monday, limit order for 100% more shares at 1.42 didn't fill yesterday, but I'm happy with the small profit. Stop-limit set at 1.74...I will re-evaluate my position tomorrow. Boy this sure is fun!

stock viper may be using scottrade and may have sold something to buy shares of BCON. and when he did that, if he had no cash in his account, he can't sell the shares of BCON for 3 days. that is when what he sold initially to get the cash to buy BCON will be "settled" according to scottrade.
define "explosion" in $$...
LOL, i am wondering the same thing. i think it means it is either going to rise dramatically in price or fall dramatically in price. one or the other, but at this point, we don't know. but when it happens, it will give us an indication of which direction this is going. that is my guess.

Did it twice myself and got slapped twice. I missed a nice gain because I thought the SEC would come kill me for selling. Called ST and they gave me the lowdown. So...dont be afraid to take your profits...all its gonna cost you is a slap on the hand.

I sold GWGO and dumped it into BCON AND DCN, can't win either way (can't sell BCON/DCN and GWGO doubled/tripled after I sold). Tomorrow is another day.

I sold OSTE very early, unfortunately, at $4.46. I tend to sell at the wrong time when I can't follow the stock intraday due to my business. It has support at the MA(20) @ 4.42. Looks like it may consolidate here, but it may turn out to be another AVNX. Look at that baby.

I think i've got the entry strategy pretty much down (thanks for the multiple explanations, haha), but how do you determine peaks or exit points? Maybe i missed it in another thread, but if you'd explain i'd really appreciate it. Thanks!

I use Bollinger Bands(20,2) and watch the price action between the bands. I look at moving averages, in the minute and daily charts, and the stock's support and resistance. I get a "feel" for the stock. A stock that is oversold will bounce from the lower band and if it gets above the middle of the band, it usually builds momentum to touch the upper band. Look at the volume and candlesticks. It is a bit tricky. Looking at BCON yesterday, one could have sold too soon since it moved 10% and stalled. The key is that sometimes stocks consolidate and take a breather before going higher. That's why trading Waaaaaaaay oversold stocks, the bounces are stronger. Hope this helped.

Just put my stop on BCON @ 1.65. Just in Case...I like to lock in profits when I can and you never know when these things will drop like rocks.
I got in at 1.52.
