Problems with the server going down

I have had problems with there server and with trades being slow to enter. I have called the SEC and made a formal complaint about the server going down and not being able to get thru on the phone when this happens because of the amount of people calling in. I hope everyone here calls the SEC and makes a complaint as this has cost me thousands of dollars. Ive pulled most of my money out and went to Schwab and will close out the rest soon. Scottrade is a very poor service and does not take care of clients interest .

Should have seen me on Thursday I almost went crazy! I have no clue whats going on with Scottrade this past two months but its just not been enjoyable at all and I am currently searching for another place to move money too.
