I keep hearing about how an act that stopped utilities from merging was repealed. Since utilities are flush with cash and looking to consolidate, takeovers look likely. I've been trying to find one with low debt and a solid dividend (if the takeover doesn't happen, there is a second source of income). By running some screens I've come up with PGN and PNW. Anyone else have any ideas?
