On Wednesday Cramer said that Sallie Mae (<u><a href="http://quote.barchart.com/chart.asp?sym=SLM&code=BCMM" target="_blank">SLM</a></u>) is cheap at $10.71 a share, seeing that the company believes it is likely to double its earnings in the fourth quarter and increase even more in 2010 and 2011.
