PKN - New nuke ETF to launch

Anybody have any other buzz on this one? NLR has been a disappointment, I'm wondering how this one might do. A lot of talk about nuclear plants going up all over the world.

I am not an ETF investor, but I was wondering what the underlying Index was on this fund, how many companies would be represented, and how they were going to be weighted.
