IBM banned from federal contracts !!!

Probably won't be a good day for IBM, they have been banned from receiving federal contracts by the EPA. The crazy thing that I didn't know anything about till now is this rule government agencies have, it's almost like the gambling black book: "Under a reciprocal agreement among federal agencies, when one issues a ban, the others follow it."
