CDS to announce earnings Monday

Is it unusual for a company to take this long to announce?

Also, while I think the price will soar Monday, the chart seems to have set up for a dip tomorrow. Am I interpreting this correctly?

Be weary of this stock. I have been in since it was EVLO, then CHND and now CDS. The stock seems to be all over the board.
