Did you really get into DOIG before the open? I have that sucker on an oil sands watchlist in my Scottrade and I saw it jumped big today. Good for you if you were in early.

I've noticed these penny plays on oil sands are rather vulotile. It seems one is hot one day and another is hot the next. And when I say hot I mean white hot. I forget which one it was, maybe POIG, was up 50+% the other day.

Chances are the reason DWOG is going down is due to lower oil and the fact the penny gys found another penny oil sand play to put all their money in.

Chances are the reason DWOG is going down is due to lower oil and the fact the penny gys found another penny oil sand play to put all their money in.

Either that or the idiots figure they can't afford to buy the most grossly overpriced pieces of crap like HAL, VLO, and SWN so they put their $$$ into the penny crap. When the crappiest of crap starts dublin an triplin in any hot sector you are about 10 seconds away from being a bagholder. But hey, sumbody has to be the designated bottom of da barrel idiot! Psychologically speaking people love low dollar value stocks fro some reason. Personally i value my stocks on P/E and PEG, not just face value. But most people would take a $5 stock with a 50 P/E versus a $50 with a 25 P/E. Beats me.

Isn't POGI it's subsidiery? I doubt anything is wrong. A lot of oil stocks are down today, and like I said I observe a lot of momentum and hot money messing with these stocks. It seems every few days traders are looking for the next hot oil penny play. DWOG will be back.

I just read something that came out an hour ago. The nuclear watchdog group for the UN found some document in Iran that implies they were seaking to build a warhead. So, all the bullsh!t about them needing uranium for energy purposes is bs. Chances are the West puts sanction on them. Hold on for the ride oil is going skyhigh and so will DWOG.

I did a little homework on this stock and it has had 3 consecutive down days, today being the third. Based on chart history every time it has had 3 down days it typically has an up day on the 4th day. When you look at the chart DWOG has had a good run lately so I'm hesitant to pull the trigger too. Don't know if this helps, but obviously it is better to buy today than yesterday. Look for it to head north tomorrow. Whether or not it stays north is anybody's guess.

I'm still trying to figure out these "oil sands" stocks. OK, everybody is in a tizzy about the fact that crude oil is goin ta $100 barrel by the summer "cooling season". Or is there a chance crude will go to $100 before the winter "heating season" is out? I dunno :? . All I know is that it appears that oil is hot enough that it makes fokes wanna throw a bunch a sand into a blender and extract the oil out of it! That's all I know. And for what? To drive the price of yer oil sand company stock up from like .37 centavos to a buck 2 fifty?! And what do we do when we get there? :? I'm wreckin da dark sand they gots up in Canada is more oil rich than the stuff on da beaches of say Jamaica. Does anybody know what kind a sand they be using? Do you think a company that makes blenders would be a good play on "oil sands"? Thanks a bunch! :D
