FC: that's pretty damn good pic for a phone..what phone is it? have any of you tried trading via phone? which phone have you used?
I really need a vacation...the place looks so fantastic
aiki14: It's a Treo 650, and it does take a good pic for a phone, and it has a zoom which is nice. I assume you mean trade via an online broker as opposed to using the phone to call one's broker, and no I haven't but the internet on the screen seems to be capable of doing it.
This place is fantastic, as is Lanai, although I have only visited Lanai for daytime activities. Maui is my favorite of the Islands because it has both remote getaway places and the hustle and bustle of a tourist destination.
FC: yup i meant via an online broker. i am unable to login to my account using my work computer so i'm trying to figure out a way to login to my account via a phone. i am due a new phone so am wondering which phone is best for that. SORRY for deviating from the topic of the thread. (great to see you back aiki)
NetW: Aren't there security issues in sending your account login information over a cell phone?
Or am I just behind the technology?
FC: that's a valid question. i'm not very tech savvy; are there any more security issues in sending login info over phone internet vs regular internet connection that one uses at home?
i figure its the same amount of risk, no?
FC: Here is something i found on scottrade:
