Stock Assignment: Merck

Alright, I am new to investing, and I have a writing assignment for a class. We are to find a recent business event, and explain why it is relevent to our audience. I have chosen to cover the Medicaid rebate lawsuit settlement that Merck reached over the last week.

The problem I am running into is that the only articles I have found discuss the actual proceedings. I have nothing on how this has affected the stock price of the firm (this is what I was planning to be relevant to the audience, so it is important).

Is there a website where I could find this information?

Also, if anyone has a better idea for a topic (i.e., a simple cause and effect relationship to research), ideas are appreciated.
