I will never become like the Kings of trading are here, so maybe I can also help others by answering any Heating/Cooling/Refrigeration question you may have. This is what I know and I will be happy to help anyone here that may need it. Just personal message me any time.

Every trading day in the morning I always check upgrades/downgrades at briefing.com
http://www.briefing.com/Investor/Public/Calendars/UpgradesDowngrades.htm
Their earnings calendar page is nice too.
http://www.briefing.com/GeneralContent/Investor/Active/ArticlePopup/PagePopup.aspx?PageId=3273
Entering a stock symbol on that page in the "quick search" box gives you lots of good information on a stock's past performance.
I spends lots of time on Yahoo's finance page
http://finance.yahoo.com/
You can bookmark lists of stocks you like to follow. Here's a Dow 30 listing:

I like checking Marketwatches After Hour quotes to see what stocks are moving after hours. Clicking on the change% column will show you the big winners and big losers.

Hi all - New poster and fairly new trader here - I started investing one year ago, a few days before This Date in History:
http://money.cnn.com/2007/02/27/markets/markets_0630/index.htm
so it's been quite the learning experience so far. Like going to school on a roller coaster!
My favorite market related sites:
in the early morning, go check yahoo world markets ("major world indices")
http://finance.yahoo.com/intlindices?e=asia
and nasdaq extended trading
http://dynamic.nasdaq.com/aspx/extendedTrading.aspx
for news - reuters and bloomberg
for "fun," ideas and opinion, Barry Ritholtz's blog http://bigpicture.typepad.com/
http://www.247wallst.com/
and seeking alpha.
