SPSN: is it ok for entry point?

I have watched this stock a couple days.The Japan fab begins production per PR. I dont see its competitors out there, analysts said end of Q2 profitable.china,thailand,malaysia,austin fab conservatively est about $500Mil, its debt is $1.37B, how could it went below cash level today?

are there any opnions of this stock? From what I understand this is AMD's logic/memory spinoff.

I searched "spansion" and SPSN, and this was the only thread anywhere...:confused:
