Honestly at this point with the stock holding support or going up almost every day the longer the news is delayed it may give us time to watch the price rise gradually instead of big jumps. I'm in it for the long haul (compared to the day after the dividend). The more people involved and news that comes out the better we all are.

GWGO will realize they have set some high standards with the first 5 acquisitions and then the latest 3 so I'm wondering what they will do next as an encore?

I just found this on another bulletin board. It's a 10-K filing from Friday and seems to verify that they could not file due to reasons beyond their control (waiting for other companies info.)

Relax, settle down. No, they didn't file it yet. They filed their 10K (annual report). We are waiting on the 8K, which deals with business combination transactions, tender offers, etc.

1) details on purchase of 3 companies

2) the shareholder dividends of ? $ per share. Last time it was a 25% stock dividend, not cash. It works out the same more or less

3) shareholder will received the dividend as of ? date

4) shareholder must be shareholder of record as of ? date in order to be eligable to received the dividends.

Maybe more news as well.

The filings are a formality but a lot of people go nuts as soon as it's in black and white.

The more shares you own the more dividends you are eligible to receive.

GWGO has not announced the "own by" date as of yet. Whatever you have on that date (when they finally announce it) will determine the amount of dividend you would receive.

Thanks... your right, but I got lucky on his one. I bought some at .0002 right after they announce the first round of news it before the first dividend. After I made a little money I jumped out but kept watching it. Then came more news so I jumped back in. Right now I'm averaged in at .0009 for 2,000,000 shares. Nice profit but I should have never sold my first batch. (hindsight you know).

Some of my others are IDWD and IVOC. I'm still holding those.

IDWD is on fire! Up every day.

The 10K never did make it to the regular news but I found it on the SCC website. I'll check around and see if I can find anything. Maybe there is some news out there but not where everyone is looking. Then again, maybe GWGO wants to shake out the lightweights so the people who get the dividends are the ones who have truly been holding the stock for a while and not in today and out tomorrow. ?? JMHO but I'm anticipating a 15% stock dividend (5% for each of the 3 company's they acquired). That's after a run from .0010 to probably .0025 or higher. ASSumption.

Again just my opinion on the pricing but it was up to .0018 aftr the last round of PR's and dividends, before everyone started bailing. I think once the news is announced the bailers will be jumping back in along with some new meat.

Reasons it will go up? besides the fact that all of here (on the 65th page) have been keeping up with it and waiting patiently...more or less.

1) PR's announced dividends from the last round of 3 acquisitions.
2) everyone who was waiting for the PR's and grew impatient will notice that the PR finally came out. They'll read them, realize they made a mistake and jump back in the stock. The frenzy will bump the price up.
3) The price rise should kill the shorts who will have to cover by buying more stock.
4) new meat will see our thread and wonder what the hell is going on. After they do the DD they'll be jumpin in too.

cat...I have 2,250,000 shares averaged at.0009. it's my MAJOR spec stock stock. I have other specs like CHDT, STTK, and GSHF but GWGOE is the big one. GWGOE is the one which until recently had it's act together with the acquisitions and press releases.

I have faith in GWGOE and try to rationalize how a small company it trying to cope with takeovers, SEC regulations and hundreds of constant calls and emails asking "are we there yet". think patience will pay off for those of us who stick around.

I agree that we have all grown impatient. I just e-mailed them requesteing an expantion of the lack of PR's and Filing info. along with clarification of the previous 5 stock distributions (in addition to the 25% dividend) so maybe we can get an answer tomorrow afternoon.

I'd like to have faith in the company and want to believe that they are very busy but we can't wait forever either. The consistent delays have got me curious as to what the problem is.
