Finally made up my mind and cancelled another stock buy order and decided to try for 250,000 GWGO @ .0010. Don't think there's a chance now as this news is GOOD.

I was thinking the same thing only because I may want to buy more. I really don't think it's anything to worry about though as the company has lived up to the hype in the past. you could always wait, keep your cash on the sideline, and try to catch an GWGO upswing... meanwhile do something useful with the cash rather than putting it in something that isn't doing much just yet... just my 2 cents.

I told myself i would never buy GWGO over .001. I stayed true to that even when it went to .0022. This is a stock that traded at .0003 not too long ago and has developed support at .001. If you're going to get in on this, i suggest you do it at this level, although you have some time, i believe. It may hover here till these acquisitions are fully integrated and the purported benefits are incorporated into the stock price adequately. Just like us, the market is skeptical about this subpenny that is late on filings and has no profits. yet the fact that it stays at .001 despite the delay is a conservatively bullish indicator. you may get lucky if they continue to delay and the stock dips to .0008/.0009.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy more at .001. Especially since you paid more previously and would be averaging down on your purchase price. Technically, nothing has changed with the stock.

The reason for the upswing and reversal back to .0010 was just do to investor excitement and profit taking. I did sell some for a 50% gain a few weeks ago AND bought more back just Monday at an even lower price. IMO this WILL go higher, just have to wait for the events to transpire.

I agree. I have seen on other forum that ppl are starting to get out GWGO and moving on. I suspect because of old news that the corporate stucrture is left inthe air until mar 31. Maybe only until then we'll we hear news, but it may dip down like you were saying 8,9.
I think there is another stock dividend coming so all of us with intestinal fortitude are in it for some time. I also feel it is gonna be a huge frenzy when news does hit with all of us having a Gazillion shares. For me getting in at .0003 I can wait it out.

GWGO0.00, 0.00, -8.3%) confirms that it will be filing a Form 8 - K in respect of the acquisitions of the "Treasure King" Gold Mining Project, the Copper Mountain Copper Mining Project and the "Yaba" Gold Mining Project in Yavapai County, Arizona
The Company undertook that it would file this Form 8-K on March 16, 2006 but the Company is unable to file the Form 8-K until next week due to numerous third party agreements contained in this filing. The approval of these third parties is required prior to this filing being made and the Company is still awaiting certain of these approvals. This is a mere formality but is a legal requirement and the Company apologises to its shareholders for this delay but is of the opinion that it is unable to file before that date. Great West Gold, Inc. apologises to its shareholders for these further delays and asks that shareholders respect and understand that these delays were caused by their Company having acquired substantial assets with very complex financing agreements and the involvement of a number of third parties.
The Company and its professional advisors have been inundated with shareholder requests as to the status of this filing and the distribution of Stock Dividends. So perhaps if it rockets up I should sell my entire position into the frenzy.

No, no dumpfest, IMO, I don't think many will be selling all out, if anything maybe just selling to get the original principal back and letting the rest ride.
Remember, the more we own when the dividend hits the better it'll be. After the dividend I would anticipate some selling (again to regain principal) but that will be another month +/- down the road and by then they may have made some additional acquisitions. Diring this time the price should continue to go up as people load up trying to have as much stock as possible to take the dividend and "Irrational Exhuberance" (my new favorite term).

It's all good until the dividends get paid. IMO

Uhh.....Ground Control to Major Tom.........

It's going to meet some heavy resistance at .002 like it did today. Once it breaks through that, I wouldn't be surprised to see the next stop at .003 after the filing. Sure, I'd like to make alot of money too.....finally in the black with this after cost-averaging to .0016 some time back....reality says that between .002 and .003 is going to be a slow move as people take profits.

I think that there is less risk with GWGO than with others, but the risk factor is definitely still there. IMO they're a good company and they're definitely filing an 8-K in the very near future.

I don't think it's too late to get in if you want to make 25-50%, but that's just my uneducated guess. Do I think it goes higher? Without a doubt, but I think that .002 will be a tough barrier to break. Eventually it will give way to .003 and I think that's where the buck stops.

Sorry, all you hopefuls, I'd be in a damn good boat if it went to a penny and I'd love to see it there, but, not this time folks.

I totally agree with InvestingMoron. If it breaks .002 tomorrow it ill definitely reach .0027 or .0028. .003 would just make my day.

while i agree with investingmoron on probabilities, here's the thing. if you've been in it for a while now and have been able to get your initial investment back already, why not play with house money???? remember what this company is - a miner with absolutely no earnings. If they strike it rich (finally, some earnings), we strike it rich. Even if not, we may be able to take it for a nice ride. Here's my strategy, i put in around $2000 of my own money in this thing. My highest purchase was at .001. I will take out 500,000 shares at .002, and another 500,000 at .003 if it gets there. Then i will be sitting on 1.2 million shares and i will let that ride till kingdom come. If you have a reasonably large (i.e. high number of shares) position, i suggest you hold and see what happens. Commodities will be hot for a while, and im willing to gamble on this little company to make me rich one day - maybe not this year, maybe not next, but $1.2 million wouldnt be bad, regardless of how long it took.

Normally I'd agree and sell some to get my initial principal back BUT since I have already done it once with GWGO I am waiting for the dividend to be announced and paid. The more stock you have the more dividend you get...I know...oink oink!

Hmm... volume could be a little higher... seems to be making some fair progress, seems like there's some buyers scooping up the bottom prices from earlier this morning. Let's hope this trend continues for a postive Friday afternoon/close. Is the report supposed to come out today (being the end of the month)???

Maybe it was a reverse fat finger, somebody put in a sell at .0010 instead of .01 trying to take advantage of another fat finger at .01?

Oh well, everything back to normal now more or less.
