This is the CBOE (Chicago Board Options Exchange) site, look around and soak up what you can. The absolute best site for options info. They have the Options Institute, take the tutorials. They have a bunch of e-mail newsletters you can have sent to you for free. I get them.

This one you'll have to determine it's value for yourself, but it has a simulator for options trading.

These guys have a good rep but I have not used them.
