Has anyone had any experience with PowerStockTrades.Com? Like DoublingStocks, which I have decided not to try out, they promise a refund if you're not satisfied. $145 for one year, costs more than DS, so I really hesitate to send them my money. Unlike DoublingStocks, I got immediate replies (from someone called Christian) to my inquiries. I'm not sure if that is any more reassuring. Having learned not to PM people and elicit paranoia, I hope this query doesn't offend.

When in doubt, look at the disclaimer:
"Since PowerStockTrades.com may receive compensation and its employees or members of their families may hold stock in the profiled companies, there is an inherent conflict of interest in PowerStockTrades.com statements and opinions and such statements and opinions cannot be considered independent. PowerStockTrades.com and its management may benefit from any increase in the share prices of the profiled companies."
They're making you pay for pump-and-dump tips that the poor hard working spammers, junk faxers and forum trolls have to give away for free! Oh, the injustice...
Nowadays, the first thing I do on any stock picking site is go to the disclaimer and do a search for the word "compensation". If I hit a match, I'm out of there...
Hard to have warm feelings about this.

I had (still have, actually, cause you cannot get you money back, so I just wait till my subscription expires). I have nothing good to say about it. Feel free to register there, but don't be fooled by the high ratio of positive comments. All negative comments are promptly removed and their posters are banned. And as I've said, you'll never get a refund.

I don't think "paranoia" was "elicited". I don't believe offense was taken either. Bull$h!t meters may have pegged in the red a few times.
So what is your conclusion of the site you "elicited"?

If I post the powerstocktrades picks to demonstrate the true performance of that enterprise, will I be in violation of any rules here?
I have no problems with ethics in general as I believe I got scamed out of $145 that I won't see back anyway.

I don't know if you are violating any rules - can you check your agreement with them? I don't mind if you post their picks here, but you may have agreed with them that the information they provide is confidential. Usually though a simple list is not protected.
