Exactly why is this stock going up? All I see from the financial reports is catastrophe after catastrophe followed by a catastrophe. I fail to see any reason to purchase this stock. Can someone please provide some solid reasons why it is going up and why it won't collapse by the weekend?

Sometimes (about once a year ;) ) there comes along a penny stock with "solid" reasons to purchase... this is not one of them.

They do have alignments with Adobe and a valuable subsidiary in Pluginz.

Their financials are comical, but then again that is the situation with most every penny stock or they wouldn't be a penny stock.

You play momentum, watch for the pump and look for the dump, have your hand on the trigger for the in and out.

MAKE SURE there is always plenty of volume being traded on a consistent basis before jumping into any penny stock on momentum or a P&D (should be in the millions)! Before a fool loses all his money he says "I'll just sell when I want to".

Item 4.01 Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.



On November 20, 2007, Chisholm, Bierwolf & Nilson, LLC (the “Chisholm, Bierwolf”) resigned as independent auditor of Planetlink Communications, Inc. (the “Registrant”).


Regulation S-B Item 304(a)(1)(iv) is not applicable to this Report.


Chisholm, Bierwolf’s report on the Registrant’s financial statements for the past two years contained an adverse opinion with respect to the Registrant’s ability to continue as a going concern.


There were no disagreements between the Registrant and Chisholm, Bierwolf on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure. However, the Registrant mistakenly filed its Form 10-QSB for the fiscal quarter ended September 30, 2007 without the consent of the principal accountant. As a result, Chisholm, Bierwolf notified the Registrant that it has resigned as independent auditor of the Registrant.


The board of directors of the Registrant discussed the desire to resign with Chisholm, Bierwolf and reluctantly accept such resignation.


On November 26, 2007, the Registrant engaged Jewett, Schwartz & Associates (“Jewett, Schwartz”) as the Registrant’s successor independent auditor. The Registrant has not consulted Jewett, Schwartz regarding the application of accounting principles to a specific completed or contemplated transaction, or the type of audit opinion that might be rendered on the Registrant’s financial statements. Consequently, no written or oral advice was provided by Jewett, Schwartz that was an important factor considered by the Registrant in reaching a decision as to an accounting, auditing or financial reporting issue.


The Registrant has requested that Jewett, Schwartz review the disclosure required by this Item before this Report is filed with the Commission. The Registrant has provided Jewett, Schwartz the opportunity to furnish the Registrant with a letter addressed to the Commission containing any new information, clarification of the Registrant’s expression of its views, or the respects in which it does not agree with the statements made in response to this Item. No such letter has been provided by Jewett, Schwartz.


The Registrant has authorized Chisholm, Bierwolf, as the former accountant, to respond fully to the inquiries of Jewett, Schwartz, the successor accountant, concerning any subject.


The Registrant has provided Chisholm, Bierwolf with a copy of the disclosures it is making in response to this Item. The Registrant has requested Chisholm, Bierwolf to furnish a letter addressed to the Commission stating whether it agrees with the statements made by the Registrant and, if not, stating the respects in which it does not agree. The Registrant has filed the letter furnished by Chisholm, Bierwolf as an exhibit to this Report.

On November 26, 2007, M. Dewey Bain resigned from the position of chief financial officer of the Registrant, and was replaced by Robert Lau. Mr. Bain remains as the sole director of the Registrant. Mr. Lau’s compensation has not yet been determined. When it is, appropriate disclosure will be made.

Sorry, I made a mistake, it was a different stock I had to call to purchase. This one I just did it online. They are blocking RBRM. I have emailed them and asked them to remove the block in light of the SEC involvement and clarification from RBRM of their stock value. Normally I get a reply within an hour, but they never replied at all, so hopefully they are looking at this. It would be nice if Scottrade handled these issues better, like if we could just call to remove the block or something like that.

Item 2.01. Completion of Acquisition or Disposition of Assets.
On November 27, 2007, Planetlink Communications, Inc. (the "Registrant") closed a Stock Purchase Agreement with Planettraks Inc., a Nevada corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Registrant, as the Purchaser, DnC Multimedia, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("DnC"), and Pluginz, LLC, a California limited liability company, the Seller, in exchange for 250,000,000 shares of the Registrant's common stock and 1,250,000 shares of the Registrant's Series A preferred stock.

Pursuant to the agreement, the Seller sold to the Purchaser all of the capital stock that the Seller owned in DnC (the "Shares'), in accordance with the terms and conditions of the agreement. A copy of the agreement was attached to a Current Report filed by the Registrant with the SEC on November 15, 2007. A press release was issued by the Registrant with respect to the closing on November 27, 2007, a copy of which is attached to this Current Report as an exhibit.

Subject to and upon the terms and conditions of the agreement following the closing, counting the 1,700,000,000 shares of the Registrant's common stock already held by the Seller, and the 250,000,000 shares of the Registrant's common stock and 1,250,000 shares of the Registrant's Series A preferred stock being purchased by the Seller, the Seller became the majority stockholder of the Registrant and a change of control of the Registrant has occurred. The Seller now holds 70.14% of the outstanding votes of the Registrant due to the combination of the following: (1) Pluginz, LLC holds a total of 1,950,000,000 shares of the Registrant's common stock, and (2) Pluginz, LLC holds 1,250,000 shares of the Registrant's Series A Preferred stock with 100 times super voting rights. Of the Registrant's common stock, Pluginz, LLC 1,950,000,000 shares or 64.07%. In addition, of the Registrant's Series A Preferred Stock, Pluginz, LLC 1,250,000 or 32.6%.

Upon the closing of the agreement, with the exception of M. Dewey Bain, each member of the Registrant's current board of directors shall resign from such position. Upon the closing, the Registrant appointed Hanseo Park, Chris Piercy, Robert Lott and Robert Lau to the Registrant's board of directors. Chris Piercy shall serve as the Registrant's chairman of the board.

okok small update.. new site has started dncmultimedia.com. looks like they will be promoting some new tech at the convention center in vegas this week. this boy is swinging between .0016 to .0024 give or take the last month or so.. this seems to have found support completely at these levels. just need an update with any progress or maybe new acquisitions. a PR is coming soon.. way overdue... this thing should pop into solid penny land very soon.. get it while its low.... imo :lol:
