Found this documentary on Cinemax called "John & Jane Toll-Free" it follows the stories of six Indian call agents working in Bombay.
It provides a very insightful look into that industry and who the people are behind the phones. I couldn't help but feel sorry for those guys as they have a completely unrealistic view of America, they think that we are all wealthy and that everything is just peaches and cream over here, talk about a shattered dream if they ever get to come here.
Anyway, I'd highly recommend this film to open-minded people interested in learning about other cultures in a more raw and natural form than the typical msm usually presents us with.
