Hi, I went myself to WU that is very close to home. The employee said that the had a failure due to very high temperatures in Rome that collapsed the terminals cooling system. I told them this was really urgent and luckly they are very professional so reissued the transfer at Mr. John Wood name, but they said MTCN number has to change. Here it is the new one :

John Wood just went to the western union money transfer office right now with the new MTCN NUMBER you sent 5637149666, his was told that such tranfer is not on record....! that the transfer is not in the computer system, meaning no money was transfered: i cant seem to understand what really going on? i tried calling your telepone number someone picked up and refused to talk to me...
Am really confused right now... am so sorry but you have to go back to that office and inform them on the development that the money was paid to the receiver, if you have the payment slip i would want you to send me the transfer slip via email, scan it inform of picture and send it via email, so we could go to the western union office with the slip.

John Wood was in the western union and he was told that no money was sent, that the transaction code (MTCN NUMBER) is not on record... That such name and address did sent any money via western union... you have to go to were you sent the money from and comfirm all this... i cant seem to understand why didnt post the money if you really send the money like you said.
Go to the western union outlet you sent the money from and tell them the person you sent the money has not received the funds... am nolonger happy with the way things are going on right now, please go that office and no what is going. Once John receives the funds he will come for the pickup by friday.

I was said that payment was still on hold as, for security reason, the question and secret answer had to be changed as number changed!!!
I said that the employee didn't told me that!!! They excuses themselves saying that as for summer, they had to replace some people in holiday with others not very skilled in procedure and that branch manager is in holiday. In attachment you can find a copy of the trsfer made.
