NEW YORK (AP) -- Chinese telephone maker Qiao Xing Universal Telephone Inc. said Friday it received a binding commitment from an investor to buy 1.3 million shares of its common stock for $11.80 apiece, or a total of $15.3 million.

The company said the investor will also get four-year warrants to buy as many as 408,461 shares of stock for $13 apiece.

The company plans to use funds gained from the sale for general corporate purposes, possibly including investments in other companies.

Simply keep your eye on continued interest and momentum... if the PR is continual, so shall the rise be... and then you may find yourself standing at the bottom looking up a very steep hill on the day they uplist.

There is always risk but the potential for reward with CHVC is huge.

You can always talk yourself out of investing in risk. You have to pull the trigger sometime and it may mean that your window of opportunity has to widen... success takes patience... don't slam that window shut with your own hand.

Needless to say, I own CHVC :wink:

I want to jump but I'm having problems determining my exit statagy, getting in is always easy....
Not able to watch the screen and read books all day and I'm just starting to get a grasp on some of the technicals and charts...

I posted the one link earlier and almost jumped in today, the phone rang and the thing dropped about 25 cents in such a short period, which may be my opportunity to jump in tomorrow. If it doesn't dump I'll jump in tomorrow with about 500 shares to get my feet wet.

I had a feeling that the news is out on Cuban and he's going to have to play a different game in the future to get around the news of his playing techniques. People are on to him and forums are crying and asking people to put sale orders in the 20's and 30s so when Cuban has to cash out he has to pay big time!

I'm watching it Monday and probably getting in. After Cubans shorts expire I think it may be possible to act like a spring that was held down and then suddenly released.

This is an educational stock for me, I'm learning how shorts can harm other investors. I never really saw this before. If Im in or not I'm watching how this plays out for educational purposes alone.

How deep are you in AJ ? I think with the news about this it may go higher than 8, possibly 9 even 10. If people follow through like they said they want to hold on just to hurt Cuban, there is a sect that honestly want to do him major harm LOL !
