Big financial issues and some trouble, lower guidance, but a 25% drop?? At this level is it attractive? Their business is huge and I do not see them going out of business... Anyone? anyone?

I agree. The stock is on sale right now. This will be a much more expensive stock in the future.

Seems like it's lost it's Cramer following, other than the stuckholders. I'd want to see some pretty strong confirmation before being long on this one again.
Fwiw, how many people saw Enron, Montgomery Ward, or Oldsmobile being non-existant beforehand? It can happen to any company, even the mighty XOM could fall from grace.

Tony,
I think you make a valid point. I have been following Cramers picks and then the after hours activity and a LOT of people must watch his show. They all pop. I do agree that he has dropped lvlt and many of the TV groupies have left this one behind. But there is huge volume and Cramer lovers certainly do not account for all of it. I want to hear the CEO talk about the future in a positive light and then ill pounce.
Cheers

MY GOD MAN, don't say that. If XOM goes under the world is spiraling into the sun. JMHO

I know LVLT pretty well and I too believe in the company long term. (I own 5k+ shares). Before you decide to invest or not, you should listen to the replay of todays CC. Jim and Kevin dove into what this years problems are and how they plan to fix them. I believe they said that the provisioning issue will take 3-4 quarters to remedy. Even if they fix the immediate problems with provisioning/integration etc, there is one other very large problem that will have to be dealt with. That problem is a massive debt load. I agree that this company will do very well in the future. There is no other network built like it on earth, and it is not going away, but there is plenty of time to get in on this one IMO.
