INTERCONTINENTAL EXCHANGE (ICE-NYSE): Technical Viewpoint: From a low of $125.68 on Sep 18, 2007 prices rallied, reaching a high of $165.49 on Oct 10, 2007. A decline saw prices pull back, reaching a low of $152.86 on Oct 16, 2007. Another rally saw prices penetrate resistance line "A", closing 10/19/07 at $163.95. Technicals: MACD Index (MACD): A Buy Alert! was given on Oct 19, 2007 when the solid line crossed the dotted line to the upside. Support: Remains at $154.00. Resistance: Is at $172.27. Point & Figure: Reversed to the upside on Oct 19, 2007. A P&F downside reversal takes place at $163.00. Summary: Technical indicators have turned bullish. BUY!
