NEXA had spinoff news out today and it appears that the dividend/spinoff will be worth more than NEXA, lol.

Also a shareholder supposedly called the CEO about the S8 and it is a type-o. Should read 1.5 billion and not 15 billion. Anyway will be interesting to watch!
