Allright, I am going to show you what is REALLY going on with this company and provide proof right here.
Precision Petroleum Corporation (PPTO.OB) is Nitro Petroleum (NTRO.OB)
I am an investor with NTRO.OB for about 2 months now, after REALLY looking into the company I came across something that is a VERY EYE OPENER!
I started my investment with NTRO.OB there public release notes are great, they have redone alot of wells and are now tripling their projects, they have expanded their amount of wells...only have 3 employees...contract out alot of jobs so have very little overhead...so before you know it they will soon be posting a profit on their financial statement.
Well I went onto NTRO.OB website and there number is not the right one on there, after visiting a couple of other websites I was able to find a new number I haven't seen before, I called it and he told me no...but I know the number to the office, he let me have it. It's a girl secretary that answers the phone on there, half the time no one is even there to pick it up. Finally when I got a hold of her I let her know that the email address they have on company profile doesnt work so she directed me to the new email address....after contacting them for the last 2 months by email...I still havent received ONE response.
Well today I started digging out more information on this company, and it finally clicked to me. Look at the major owner holderships of this company:
Insider Trades - KIRBY JAMES - Yahoo! Finance (http://biz.yahoo.com/t/04/7832.html)
The name James Kirby sticked out to me....something isnt right...come to find out...he is the Director of Nitro Petroleum & the Chief Financial Officer of Precision Petroleum....wow that is weird....those are both two big positions to work at...how could he be doing both?
Well I started looking at the Public Release notes for both companies...take a look....both companies work the same wells side by side in Oklahoma....hmm...thats interesting James Kirby is a major owner of both companies but both companies work side by side competing against each other....sounds very fishy what is going on you would think?
Well I finally decided to call this morning to Nitro and it is very early and the secretary isnt there yet....guess who answers LARRY! The CEO of Nitro! WOw...what a shocker. I asked him that I am looking at a big investment with Precision Petroleum and he tells me I dont know anything about them, this is Nitro Petroleum. So just to hit him by surprise I said well do you have a number to them and he tells me no, but when I let him know I am looking at a possible merge with that company he suddenly tells me that he can take my name and number just in case he ever comes across that company...so I leave my information.
Ok so he doesnt even know who that company is but they work side by side in the same wells....also there company addresses show to be in different locations...so they must be two different companies!
About 2 minutes later I get a call from the same number I called from Nitro Petroleum but this time it is Richard the CEO of Precision Petroleum....how in the world...he said he didnt even have there number but now the CEO from that company is now calling me since I said that I wanted to possibly merge with his company! Wow! Come to find out after talking with him and asking him about my other phone call with the CEO of Nitro Petroleum it hit him by surprised when I asked why he was calling from the same phone number...."Oh...We are in the same building!" Wow...but on the company profile they have two reported different addresses! Something is up! So I told him I was busy and would give him a call back just to get out of that call.
Now I started doing some research on Precision Petroleum and found out it is a brand new company started this year in January! Thats when James Kirby the Chief Financial Officer moved over to that company full time!
In my opinion this is GREAT news for Nitro Petroleum as it trades from .02-.03 a share...where Precision trades for around .40 cents a share! Huge difference!
Both companies CEOs are working together, they are in the same building both companies now working together, now they will combine all their projects together with a merge which should make both companies stronger!
I say load up on NTRO.OB before this news is announced...why they havent announced this I am not sure because it will only make them stronger! You are welcome to do research like I did on here, look at it in close detail all you want, it all adds up! Can't believe we havent seen this before!
