China Media Group Corporation Releases Beta Version of China TieTong Yellow Page Website

SAN ANTONIO, TX, Oct 17, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- China Media Group Corporation (OTCBB: CHMD) ("CMG") announces today it has released the beta version of the directory search engine and website for the China TieTong Communications Co., Ltd. Guangdong Branch ("Guangdong TieTong") Yellow Page Online directory.
CMG entered into a cooperative agreement cooperative agreement with Guangzhou Waho Culture & Media Co., Ltd ("GWCM") in early October 2007 to provide the directory search engine and website for the Guangdong TieTong Yellow Page Online directory for the advertising rights to certain advertising spots on the directory website. CMG is currently a minority equity holder in GWCM.

Mr. Con Unerkov, Chairman of China Media Group Corporation, stated, "We are excited the beta version of the online directory has been released so our potential advertisers and associates can view the website as an advertising medium for their products and services. Online advertising is the fastest growth area in the advertising industry. In China, the online advertising revenue is expected to grow from USD621 million in 2006 to USD2,188 million in 2010, an annualized growth rate of 37%."

Mr. Unerkov further added, "The website address is www.cttyp.com and this website is in Chinese and is hosted in China. We will set up a mirror website in 2008 to be hosted in Hong Kong which will be bilingual (English and Chinese) as there is a broader internet link to Hong Kong. The website now contains the 2 portals, traditional directory listing for enterprises under Yellow Pages, and a business trading directory. Our immediate focus will be to commence commercial operation of the directory listing under the brand name of CTTYP and the business trading portal before the end of 2007. In the near future, we plan to add a health portal to this website for the Chinese market. We will seek synergistic partners to provide contents and work with us to develop in the lucrative Chinese market."

GWCM was incorporated in the People's Republic of China in August 2006. Its mission is to become a leading new age "Online Advertising" and "Information Portal Website" for the Chinese Market. It focuses in 5 specific areas: "Online Directories," "Advanced Information Portals," "Online Advertising," "Print Media" and "Valued Added Services."
