Be careful of this newsletter Max, he takes credit for many picks that are not his to take credit for.
He is mostly hindsight and touts many thinly traded stocks. He reports the common big movers that anyone can spot and if they happen to go up the next day, he will take the credit; if they tank he will never mention them again. And remember, all he does is 'alert' no clue when to get in or out. He runs the gamut from alerting thinly traded crap stocks that are P&Ds all the way to Google and VMWare.
Warning aside... VRUS, a crap company that sells pet insurance. They have been around since June 2006, have annual premiums worth a whopping $49k and are now paying to get their POS stock pumped by POS pumpers. For comical reading, in case you missed the morning paper... check this link out...

The stock will probably go up because of promo and pump and dump alerts like hototc.com, exactly how much and when is anyone's guess. IF you know what you're looking for and what you're getting yourself into, you can make money on P&Ds, I have done it many times but its incredibly risky.
If you want to make money, come to the chat room... we're making money on stocks before newletters are hindsighting the gains.
Hope this helps8)

I have to say microhedge, you do an incredible job in advising me about certain plays. I cant seem to thank you enough. I got in the stock market because i know there can be lots of money to be made, at the moment i am not doing very well. and I literally rely on your information all the time i post, because i am interested in what you have to say. I signed up for the hototc.com news letter because of the website; i have to say its quite convincing.
I am a young invester and i will admit incredibly naive. I have lots of ambition to make money in the stock market in order to do what i want to do with my life, (ei, go to medical school some day). but the only thing holding me back is finances.
Thanks again for your insight, I wish I would know about the run-ups before they happen as you seem to be able to do. However I am not a day trader, just a risk taker, just lately that attitude of mine has been catching up to me. I just need to learn a bit more, and you seem to be doing a good job in educating everyone. Thanks again.

I've always wondered how to get into the chat room?

thx, I just signed up for that and a few other free newsletters. I'll use them as a learning tool, not for serious advice. This stuff is slowly starting to seep in.
There should be a link to the chat in the blue bar that says Control Panel.

Max, Smartinvestor... Carl is right, click on Chat in the blue bar at the top of the screen after you have signed in so we know who you are.
Hope to see you there, we discuss picks and movement for the big plays and the small, we are there to make money, period... everyday.
There are 4 of us there everyday all day that are full time traders with Chinaman at the helm stokin the fires and findin the hot stuff! There is also excellent input, advice and picks from talented part timers like Albert0373 and BigDawg.
Max, thanks for the 'thanks', i had no one to help me when i started this process years ago and i have a long and bloody trail of mishaps but fortunately through my self-education and determination my successes surpassed the failures and got me where I am today. There are some great people on this board and we are all here to make money and help eachother make money... Aiki, Chinaman, Englishman, Albert0373 and Svenwulf to name a few.
See you next week.
