well i am new to the stock market and i was wondering how much lower calpine will go. is this worth buying for the long haul. it closed at .198 today(12-21-05)

my other questions are

what will happen to this stock even after they go bankrupt?

what are some other companies that i can look at that also went bankrupt and were able to recover?

it just seems tempting because at its best it traded for $58 at one time. now it is going for next to nothing and i really dont see it getting any worse for this company.

please remember i am new at this so be gentle with me.

thanks

This company doesn't even meet the requirements for the SEC anymore and is trading over-the-counter. The best thing to do is to just speculate and wait til a good news comes out and after the re-structuring has finished. Bankruptcy is always not good.
