View Full Version : Stupid to get in to IESR now?

I bought IES back when it was being pumped on the boards at .55 and was unable to sell in time to recover or make money. IESR now sits at .3, and I'm wondering if it is a stupid idea to even touch it now. Should I take Cramers advice and not buy a stock that has had financial problems, or can I look at it as a buying opportunity? thanks for the help

Will almost certainly precipitate down to 0.20 and will now not make it over $1 in time to not get delisted. Delisting will cause the execution of a buy out clause by bond holders but the company will not be able to afford this action and will therefore have to declare bankruptcy. I don't know if it will have some upward spikes inbetween time but this seems a strict "don't buy" to me at the moment. Penny stocks are risky at the best of times so at least try to find one whose future isn't so obviously bad!

Ahhhhhhh yessir, I mean, IESR. :D Is it at least pretty cool where that dawg made the toin from? Who was that guy at the udder board who said that .25ish might be da bottom? Right now me one chawting service be on da fritz since Mon. Me udder one won't even print a chawt for IESR. All I know is that I wish I had followed my own advice at this point, based on the assumption that I would have been crazy enough to buy at .25ish like I thunk was gonna be da bottom of course. Know what I'm tawkin bout? Good, I don't either, but Merry Christmas to ya anyway.

I think the 0.01 was the value when it switched to iesr.pk. This company is just crying for mercy.

Hmmm, no news to talk about but it is up nicely today. Maybe the shorts had to cover? I thought aout cutting my losses when it was .25, glad I didn't. Curious to see what happens tomorrow and Friday. Might be able to break even. 8O

Da support/resistance areas remain da same. It does appear that .24 centavos was da bottom on this pig after all. At today's .65ish high it did exactly what it had already tried befo, which is to get as far as possible into the .67-1.40 gap that was setup the first time down. There are now 2 gaps that come into play below. One is from .55 to .39, another is from .60 to .55. So basically IESR finished at da bottom o one o dem 2 gaps, but not de uddder. The last clue my sweet children of da corn is the fact that today's .65ish high showed a signal that said it will be taken out at sometime in da future. Those be da clues. Does anyone out there have any suggestions on how to play this thang? It might just be worth while ya know! :D

I loaded up on IES(R) the day that it was relisted at .39. Was hoping to ride this up into the low .80s but there is way too much uncertainty in the financial restructuring/future of this company for me to hang on. Had a good bit of $$ tied up that I want access to, so I got out at .65 on Friday. I am curious to see what happens with this company... what a soap opera...

I'm still in IESR...got in at .68 and bought double at .82 (thought it was going to $1). I've been patient (actually ignored this one for awhile throughout the .30's), but noticed it's back up into the low .70's. I'm sure no one knows where this one will go for sure, but is anyone else still holding? I think I can sell this one for a small loss and not kick myself.

.79 might be time to sell. A small profit is much better than a huge loss.
