A small tech company play here at .0001. Its been fluctuating heavily between .0001 & .0002. They recently launched their eCommerce site. They also just purchased back 200,000,000 shares in a several step process to buy back $100,000 worth of stock. Their new Notebook was recently featured on the Tyra Banks show. They do have up to date SEC filings. Seamless is not making any money yet, but losses are down year over year and they seem to be making a splash with their new eCommerce site and new Notebook.
