Possible .0001 Gem here, IMO. The only downside right now was the stock dividend that occurred on June 10th. Making more outstanding shares, thus harder to move. However, they moved some debt around recently and showed a first quarter profit. They are looking to list on OTCQX. Opinions?? News & Income Below.

"The Company endeavors to market renewable transportation fuels at retail fuel stations that will provide blends of ethanol from 10% to 85% (E10 to E85), and biodiesel blends from 5% to 20% (B5 to B20). The Company's plan calls for the development of a chain of renewable fuel stations that extend from Texas to Mississippi that will be a combination of "Evolution Fuels"-branded fuel stations/convenience stores and western-motif truck stops modeled after the Willie's Place Truck Stop in Carl's Corner, TX. The Company's Web site is www.evolution-fuels.com (http://www.evolution-fuels.com/)." -Company Profile

"The Company’s management believes that it is in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders to have and maintain the OTCQX listing in order to attract those investors who demand the quality control process and superior information transparency required at this tier.

In order for the Company to be considered for admission to the OTCQX tier it must meet several requirements, which include having audited financials as of the end of each of the two most recent fiscal years. Over the next few weeks the Company plans to take the steps necessary to meet such requirements." - July 22nd

"The Company reported net income of approximately $194,000 for the first quarter of 2009 primarily due to reduced general and administrative expenses and the settlement of certain claims against the Company." -July 6th

Anyone see the individual trades on this thing? 13M buys......715M sold. Major DUMP! I just love looking at the 5-9M sell orders. 7days of near a Billion shares dumped per day. How long till they run out of shares to sell. What do they have a few hundred Billion shares. Sorta fiscal masterbation.

100,000 for $10...buy some for WTH sort of investment. Opening a string of Biofueling stations is just what this country needs. Start in one localized region and give big oil a run for thier money.
Wasn't T Boone Pickens gonna do something like this with natural gas and propane gas for cars?
Infrastructure to get product out there is a risky undertaking, but absolutly necessary for a change to get us off OIL.

I was watching your stock today and saw a 1,000,000 share buy come in. Not unusual, but the dude forgot to add another 0 in his buy order. .001 instead of .0001 , OUCH! $1000 FOR $100 worth of stock. Wish I had some of that action.

Seconds later you get a 5M sell order for .0001. They don't let you correct those kind of things.

Happens all the time. My wife's company is AX on the canadian exchange. On the American Excghange that is American Express. Some poor slob bought 200K shares of my wifes company and it went from $7 to $25 in a snap. Option shares couldn't be sold fast enough, but it was correcetd and they gave the dude AX. Thats a stud.
But you put in the wrong $$ amount your screwed! My old man bought Bristol myers instead of Boshn lombwith the old time broker style. He got hosed.

EVFL Bid/Ask never changes its gonna cost you .0002 and you can only sell @ .0001 The MM's margin is there till they run out of stock to sell Then it becomes a stock market play. In July 11Billion shares sold @ .0002. Who would sell into that Bid od .0001 for a loss.

Bought 1MM shares @ .0001 today and can't believe it got filled.
ASAP put a sell limit @ .0002. And YES, I know what the ASK/BID says!

Lets see how long it takes. I know its sounds odd, but trying something.

I've also been advised not to sell. 2.2BB shares traded today.Something could be up. R/S has been rummored, but if I see a hint of profit I'm sold.

Got my butt handed to me on ADLS today waiting on After Hour news.
In @ .50 and have a sell limit @ .40 for the open Monday.

Remember, they offered a share for share dividend and people are cashing those in. Once this big push wares off and the true investors buy and hold this thing could really take off, especially if they get listed on OTCQX.

On the downside, they could do a reverse split to help get listed on OTCQX. If a deal falls through or the profit doesn't increase the price could end up back down here for a huge loss. Always have to think about both sides. But thats the fun part.

Glad to see you getting on the train at .0001. Just a suggestion, but try selling half of your shares at .0002 and hold the rest and see were it goes. You get your original money out and can ride the rest as profit. Enjoy the .0001 game. Some others you may want to check out : VLRN (reverse split coming 8/17), AERP, HESG, SEWC, and the other one I posted about, SMWF. I will be profiling the ones I mentioned plus others soon. There are about 325 currently listed at .0001. Good Luck!

I got a lesson with my Scottrade, They only allow 4 digits. I had planned a .00019 sale and got kicked out. That would have put me at the top of the que. Sellers 956MM buyers 27MM. It'll take 30+ trading days to fill me order.

Selling half for free share is my mantra. Don't know how I forgot that. Thanks for reminding me what I prech.

Had some buying pressure on Wednesday that drove the price to .0002 on 38% lower volume than its 65 day volume average. Lower Volume for this one could mean that the dividend shares are being held onto now. Could this be the start of the move up? I'll keep you posted.

Well wish I got filled @ .0002, but just too many in the que ahead of me to score a sell. And my Scottrade only allows 4 digits spaces on BB stocks. Live and learn baby! So I see .00018 being hit all day and I'm sitting there with the impropper tools to make a buck so I dump for commission cost. All I can do is .0001 or .0002 and sidelined.

More Recent News:

DALLAS, Aug 10, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") today announced that as part of its efforts to establish retail fuel stations that carry varying blends of ethanol, it intends to apply for the U.S. Department of Energy's ("DOE") recently announced cost-sharing program for projects that will expand the infrastructure of fueling locations up to 85 percent ethanol.

The DOE recently announced the availability of up to $5.5 million from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to increase the use of higher ethanol blends (up to E85), with plans to offer up to $3.5 million to 15-30 projects for cost-shared projects to modify, upgrade, expand existing fuel pumps and other infrastructure at retail stations or the installation of new equipment to accommodate the higher ethanol blends. The DOE additionally plans to fund up to $2 million toward the raising of public awareness of higher ethanol blends up to E85.
Evolution Fuels' CEO, Dennis McLaughlin, stated, "It is the Company's position that programs such as this are critical to solving the problems of growing the distribution and sales of renewable forms of energy. This type of program should greatly aid companies who seek to be providers of higher blends of ethanol and biodiesel fuels at the pump."
About Evolution Fuels, Inc. Huge news out Today. They have forecasted net income of over $12 million for 6 months ending June 30th 2009. Final report due next week. This company has huge potential for investors willing to put a little into this thing now. Hopefully they will continue to lower debts and use profits for there expansion plans.

The Report: DALLAS, Aug 21, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") today announced that it expects to complete the accounting activity toward finalizing its financial reports for the second quarter of 2009 over the course of next week. Accordingly, the Company's management expects to publish these financial statements by August 28, 2009. Once published, the Company expects to achieve full compliance to meet the requirements for the Pink Sheets' highest tier, "Current Information." The Company anticipates that the financial statements will reflect net income in excess of $12 million for the six-month period ending June 30, 2009, primarily as a result of further reductions of debt and the elimination of certain contingent liabilities.

Over 2 Billion shares traded yesterday. Ridiculously high. People have bought this @.0001 looking to get a quick flip @.0002. However when they realize it won't happen quickly they just sell it back at .0001 and eat the commission. If this continues, its never going to take off without a R/S. I'm looking forward to the financial statements due out Friday. $12 Million net income is expected, maybe it will make some people decide to hold for a longer time frame. I still believe that this company could grow into a medium size sustainable company and find itself listed on OTCQX as it wants to.

As far as a possible R/S; they have an outstanding convertible debenture of $20 Million at a share price of .025 within 12 months (less than that now) This was stated back on July 6th.

Time for an update. Volume is picking back up, almost 1.5 billion shares traded today. They have released several press releases regarding debt issues, litigations, and new ventures in the past week. Here is a link to pink sheets news page so you can check them all out. (http://pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=EVFL#getNews)

Here is a Brief Summary:

They have retired over $2.5 million in debt.
They have retained a top law firm to go after a breached contract with them in excess of over $5 million dollars.
They have reached an agreement with Informa Economics to help publish articles about renewable fuels and energy. Including a blog at evolution-fuels.com (http://evolution-fuels.com)
This agreement also allows them to access all of the data produced by Informa Economics to help the development of future products and services.
EVFL is currently not producing any fuels at its facilities. They are working on retiring more debt and collecting outstanding accounts payable to them. All of this will hopefully help the company to begin operating at full capacity once more.
They have began the negotiating process to operate 5 flex-fuel stations in the Dallas area, all to be theme based as an easily recognizable brand.

Do your own research and check the news link above.

EVFL has over 23 Billion outstanding shares and, IMO, will have to do a R/S at some point in the future to get the stock out of the gutter for good if they do actually start generating operational revenue again. However, the stock price can't go down at this point so I'm still in this one for the long term, at least until I learn how their partnership with Informa Economics is going to play out as well as hear more info on the 5-flex fuel stations in Dallas.

News out yesterday:

"Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") today announced that it has executed a letter of intent to enter into a lease agreement for the Company's first fuel station under the brand, "Evolution Fuels". The station will be located in the heart of the Dallas metropolis, near the upscale Park Cities neighborhood, the "Uptown" area, and the Turtle Creek neighborhood. It will serve as the first "marquee" location for the Company's planned rollout of its branded stations."- News on Pink Sheets EVFL Site.

They also recently announced that they will start a share buyback program to start reducing the number of outstanding shares instead of doing a reverse split. This is amazing news as I thought that they would eventually do a R/S. They still might but this is a good start. Currently over 23 billion shares outstanding.

I'm still in this one long term.

Evolution Fuels Executes Letter of Intent to Acquire Fuel Stations in Alabama and Mississippi
DALLAS, Oct 22, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") today announced that it has executed a letter of intent to acquire two existing and operational fuel stations, one located in southern Alabama and the other in central Mississippi. The Company intends to brand the stations as "Evolution Fuels."

One of the stations is located in an affluent area of the town of Fairhope, Alabama, which is approximately eighteen miles southeast of Mobile, Alabama. The station currently offers E10 (10% ethanol/90% gasoline) and E85 (85% ethanol/15% gasoline) and B20 biodiesel. The second station is located in Newton, Mississippi and currently offers E10, E85, and B20 biodiesel.
Both stations feature fuel blending at the dispenser, which conforms to the Company's model of providing renewable fuels at the retail level. The Company plans to apply its "Evolution Fuels" branding to the stations and add sufficient equipment to provide an additional E20 product at the pumps. The Company expects to sign the definitive purchase agreement pursuant to the letter of intent by November 30, 2009.

Evolution Fuels Announces Integrated Truck Stop and Biodiesel Plan
DALLAS, Oct 26, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") today announced a strategy to integrate its biodiesel production plan with a plan to establish five of its own branded truck stops. The Company's management believes that maximum profitability of a biodiesel production facility may only be achieved by creating direct demand for the product through retail sales at the pump.

The Company's ownership in the Willie's Place at Carl's Corner Truck Stop located near Hillsboro, TX has provided valuable experience and insight into how and where to create similar truck stop operations. In May of this year, the Company announced the formation of its subsidiary, "Legends Travel Centers LLC," to hold its ownership in truck stop projects, and is actively pursuing existing truck stop operations in Texas and Oklahoma with the concept of establishing five "Legends Travel Centers"-branded facilities.
The Company has developed a plan to allow its facility located in Durant, Oklahoma to process relatively low-cost animal fats into biodiesel. The company is in the process of negotiating a contract for the supply of these fats, which exist in close proximity to Durant.
The Company intends to produce sufficient biodiesel to supply the five truck stops for the biodiesel portion of the B20 (20% biodiesel/80% petroleum diesel) planned for sale at the high-speed commercial truck fuel dispensers. The Company has retained Informa Economics, Inc. to assist with the financial pro forma modeling of the entire operation, and anticipates aggressive margins as a result of the ability to utilize low-cost feedstock and the direct sales through the retail dispensers, thereby retaining all of the margins throughout the fuel supply chain. Additionally, the Company intends to partner with a major manufacturer of fuel dispensers to develop new technology for the blending of biodiesel and petroleum diesel through the high-speed dispensers that truckers are acquainted with using at the fueling lanes at typical truck stops.

Evolution Fuels Executes Letter of Intent for Second Fuel Station in Dallas, TX

Location is Ideal Due to Proximity to Concentration of Flex Fuel Vehicle Owners
DALLAS, Nov 4, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") today announced that it has executed a letter of intent to enter into a lease agreement for a second fuel station to be located in Dallas, Texas under the brand, "Evolution Fuels". The station will be located at the corner of Knox St. and Travis St. in the heart of the Dallas metropolis, immediately adjacent to the upscale Park Cities neighborhood and the popular Katy Trail, and will serve as another "marquee" location for the Company's planned rollout of its branded stations.

This location is extremely beneficial to the Company in that it is located in a highly visible upscale restaurant and shopping corridor that experiences high traffic counts. The adjacent Park Cities neighborhood has a large population of flex fuel vehicle owners who currently have no nearby fuel station that offers higher blends of ethanol fuel. It was formerly a high-performing 7-Eleven branded convenience store/fuel station, and has retail neighbors that include an Apple Store and a Starbucks. Once the definitive leases for both stations are finalized and construction is completed, the locations will be located within approximately two miles of each other.
Per the Company's business plan, the stations will offer renewable fuel blends at the pump. The fuel dispensers, to be provided by Dresser Wayne, are uniquely designed to blend petroleum fuels with renewable fuels from the underground storage tanks within the dispenser as the fuel is delivered into the vehicle. The planned product offering includes E10 (10% ethanol blended with 90% petroleum gasoline), E20, E30, and E85, as well as B20 (20% biodiesel blended with 80% petroleum diesel). Although the octane content actually increases going from E10 to E30, the Company foresees the pricing to be $0.05 to $0.10 per gallon lower for the E20 product compared to E10, and likewise the same discount for the E30 product compared to E20.
The Company plans to uniquely image the station and offer specialty foods, beverages, and other products in order to help create a recognizable brand as it rolls out more stations according to its business plan. Management anticipates that the definitive lease pursuant to the non-binding letter of intent will be executed within forty-five days and that construction will take ninety to one hundred twenty days to complete.

just to revisit Fairhope. Its not convienant to anything down there. Yea its about 18 miles South of Mobile...by boat Its directly S.E across the Mobile Bay. Tucked away from most truck traffic.
Now if you want to sell to truckers, there is a wonderful Travel Plaza in Malbis that is on I-10 East of Mobile. 400miles from the Atlantic coast @ Jacksonville. The magic distance for a trucker to have to get out and stretch his legs, but Fairhope is no way close to anything convienant, Hell Even if you want to hit the beaches @ Gulf shores off of I-10 fairhope is way out of the way. South of Fairhope is the Gulf of Mexico and West is the Mobile Bay. Just a bitch to get in and out of. And affulent, maybe and not the diesel pumping customers you;'d find buying this crap. Hell I wouldn't put E-10 in my merc or porsche, drefinitly not my boat! Just an odd place to buy a station. The guy who ownes most of the stations down ther are all BPs.
I do know of a few stations that are sitting on prime land for sale, but no body wants to buy due to the instant you do, you'll have to dig up the old steel tanks still under ground. I can think of three lots off hand that have been scraped of structures and been for sale almost 10+ years.

DALLAS, Nov 16, 2009 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Evolution Fuels, Inc. (Pink Sheets:EVFL) (the "Company") announced today that it has placed an order to purchase four Dresser Wayne / Ovation Series blending dispensers for the first of its "Evolution Fuels" stations location in Dallas, TX. The specialized blending dispensers will blend two streams of fuel -- 100% unleaded gasoline and 100% ethanol stored in separate underground storage tanks -- into four distinct product blends selectable at the pump: E10, E20, E30, E85. This allows the customer to select whichever blend he or she prefers and it allows the Company to claim the ethanol blending tax credit ($0.45/gallon ethanol) at the time of sale to the customer.
The dispensers, designed and manufactured by Dresser Wayne, are specially engineered for blending two fuels into single fuel products, and will feature video monitors above the pumps that will play educational messaging regarding the renewable fuels industry, as well as current news, weather, and sports clips. Dresser Wayne is a leading supplier of integrated retail fueling dispensers and pumps. Management expects delivery and installation of the dispensers to be completed by next February.
