Is it just me or is the market really ugly today?! Oik - another bad day for me in a series of bad days in the last week. :cry:

I made 30% today on one trade... Remember, bulls and bears both make money. ;) We've been telling you guys forever this market is over-extended and going to go down...

Ugly thing is this; everything, EVERYTHING on my watch list blasted off, everything I own except one (1 of 12 positions) took a beating. Recoverable, but I better pick up a 12 pack on the way home.

i sold some mrk calls today for .75, i paid .10 for em, not bad there. i got some positions chopping my head off but all in all, i will be just fine.
forget about calling the ultimate money maker and cashflow what the market hands you. my mind has never been so easy right now, i have recently discovered this calm outlook and being real picky on what i do( as far as the risk ratio) if its not good enough i don't place the trade.
sf filters have helped me a-lot with finding good risk reward trades :wink:
