12/5 CFO quit, stock gapped down almost $1.00. trend seems to be filling that window. i see an upward trend with higher highs and lows.

i came across this stock last night and wanted to get some opinions on it / start contributing to the forum.

i was watching this stock today (opened at 1.28) and although it started out rising, towards the end of the day the price was dropping. It was at 1.25 and then just before 4pm struck an order for 500 shares at 1.29 came in, which was above the ask. this saving buy made it a positive day but it really should have ended down. is this witchcraft?
