SOYO Reaches Key 2007 Milestone by Adding Major Retailer for Their Monitor Line
9:31a ET September 26, 2007 (PrimeNewswire)
SOYO Inc. (OTCBB:SOYO), an innovative provider of computer and consumer electronics products, today announced that sales for their LCD monitors have increased 475%, with 2007 revenues exceeding $46 million YTD through September 25, 2007 compared to the same period in 2006. This increase is mainly due to the company reaching their goal of adding a national retailer to carry their LCD monitors.

With the addition of the national retailer, which has over 900 stores nationwide, SOYO has been able to increase the availability of their LCD monitors. Due to this increase SOYO's monitors are now ranked eleventh overall in the category of LCD Monitor Manufactures with market share at retail. This has recently been reported by a major independent marketing research firm. The same major independent marketing research firm also ranked SOYO's 24-inch wide screen LCD monitor number one in the 24-inch category, with over 50% of market share, beating out major name brand competitors for the time period ending August 25, 2007. Along with the 24-inch monitor, SOYO's 17- and 19-inch wide LCD monitors are being heavily promoted in the retailer's circulars, which reach approximately 40 million homes nationwide on a weekly basis.

Ming Chok, CEO of SOYO said, "We are excited to be working with such well-respected retailers. Our LCD monitors are gaining a lot of momentum heading into the fourth quarter. We offer a large selection of LCD monitors, with over fourteen models to choose from. Our LCD monitors continue to ship to Canada, South America, Mexico as well as across the U.S., with volumes that are outpacing forecasts. I am very pleased with the diversification of sales that we've had this year."

If you look at their past 12mos. they are a charters dream...

I don't tend to go long on stocks, long for me is painful at 2days. Stockviper convinced me to stay in ETIM, other than that my long portfolio contains bluechips that I don't really touch.

That being said, I'm holding SOYO... have held for (gulp) 3 weeks... was going to sell because I was getting a little anxious and the news I posted came out this morning. With the Chinese bubble carrying many of these invalid companies along. SOYO actually has a company and product and volume and customers and increasing sales and they are good at media blitz.

That's my initial .02

SOYO may be doing well in the stock market but I always told myself I'd never buy a company that I didn't believe in.

SOYO screwed me out of $300 worth of rebates about two years ago. Do some research, apparently they screwed thousands of people out of these rebates. The company still ignores my e-mails and requests.

Sorry about your $300 rebates... my research told me to buy, so I did... BIG... and made about $9300 in a week... that would have covered alot of rebates8O

I'm just getting into this and don't have much to play around with... Congrats on the $9300 in a week. That's more than I make in 4 months. Hopefully I can learn a lot from you guys and I can start making a little money. I'm not expecting anything like $9300 in a week, but a few extra dollars to pay the bills wouldn't hurt.
