I like the PEG ratio below 1. Plus the chart is turning upwards again. Maybe the insiders will be rewarded.

I still haven't bought any shares of TIE. I've just been watching how it trades. It's on the top of my buy list though. TIE got good news this evening. They just got included in the S&P 500.
