The same investor who took a 10% stake in ASTI is in WWAT. Hope to see 2 and then 3 good luck----WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. Moving to Larger Corporate Headquarters to Accommodate Growing U.S. and International Staff
Wednesday September 19, 3:00 am ET
PENNINGTON, N.J., Sept. 19, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, announced today it will move from its present corporate headquarters in Pennington, New Jersey to a new, larger facility located in Ewing, New Jersey. The new world headquarters, which opens October 1, was customized to house executive and office staff, and outfitted for the special requirements of its solar research and development team.
``The growth of our business has been so rapid over the past year that we've had to disperse people to separate buildings. At the same time, we've tripled the number of our engineers and program managers needed to execute current and near-term large projects in the U.S. and overseas. Now our team will all be together in one, large, modern building that affords better communication and interaction among our staff, and yet we still have extra space for further expansion,'' said Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO. ``In addition, we will be forming joint R&D teams with our associates from EMCORE Solar and ENTECH and sharing space in the new facilities,'' Mr. Kelly said.
Since the new headquarters location is only six miles away from the current operation, telephone and fax numbers are unchanged.

DSTI has had some nice runs in the past but it is not like asti and hoku as they already have a partner. DSTI has been working with GE so who knows maybe GE will step in and join dsti. Just a guess on my part as dsti needs a partner and loans to get mfg. going. If this happens look for 10 plus imo if it does not happen look for a move back into the 3's. RISK VS. REWARD

WWAT do some research on this 1 long term looks good imo and great to trade too-------WorldWater remains positioned for strong growth in the coming quarters with major projects, and we expect the last half of 2007 to show double-digit revenue growth over last year. Our strategy of pursuing - and winning - large, complex solar power installations is succeeding, but we are seeing quarterly shifts as a result, with some business backing into later quarters than anticipated, from 2007 to 2008. This causes our earlier guidance for 2007 to be revised from $30 to $34 million to $25 to $30 million. The business is there but will be implemented over a longer schedule,'' said Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO. ``We have a $200 million pipeline of potential contracts plus additional large, pending projects. We believe WorldWater has the unique, proprietary technology and resources to offer the most cost-efficient solutions to a world demanding clean, renewable energy.''
During the second quarter, the Company announced a number of initiatives that are transforming its business, most notably the Letter of Intent with M&G Promociones de Vivienda Urbana S.A. to build several solar farms in Lorca, Spain over the next five years. M&G plans to build up to 130 MegaWatt (MW) of generating capacity, and we look forward to concluding negotiations and finalizing contract details this fall. In addition, WorldWater recently broke ground on the 20-year, 2 MW solar power installation at Fresno Yosemite International Airport, which will be the world's largest airport solar system. ``We are growing - and our growth is registering in the market place,'' Mr. Kelly said. ``I think this was reflected by WorldWater's invitation from the State of California to accompany Governor Schwarzenegger on his recent tour of Canada to investigate areas for collaboration with Canadian companies in alternative energy solutions.''
Also during the quarter, WorldWater signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding with Solargenix, a leading provider of innovative solar thermal energy solutions, to jointly market PV electric and thermal heating technologies. ``WorldWater also signed a revised Letter of Intent with ENTECH this past quarter and began engineering for the manufacturing line of ENTECH 20x concentrator panels for delivery of product in early 2008,'' Mr. Kelly continued. ``Our latest proxy, dated August 3, as well as this second quarter's form 10-Q, describes the terms of the agreement with ENTECH and outlines the procedures for a special meeting of shareholders to occur as soon as practicable after review by the SEC. While we cannot be certain when this will take place, we are optimistic that it will be completed by the early part of the fourth quarter. We and ENTECH are committed to completing the acquisition.''

Technologies Corp., to Testify at U.S. House Hearing
Monday September 24, 12:25 pm ET
Congress Considering Small Business Alternative Energy Tax Policies to Lessen Dependence on Foreign Oil
PENNINGTON, N.J., Sept. 24, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Quentin T. Kelly, Chairman and CEO of WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (OTC BB:WWAT.OB - News), a developer and marketer of proprietary high-power solar systems, has been invited by the U.S. House of Representatives, Small Business Committee, Subcommittee on Contracting and Technology to testify as an expert witness on the solar industry. The hearing, entitled ``Small Business Renewable Energy Tax Incentive Possibilities'' will be held September 26 at 9:30 a.m. at the Rayburn House Office Building. The Subcommittee is considering changes in the IRS code to promote renewable energy development and production among small businesses to help move the U.S. away from foreign sources of petroleum. Representatives of the wind, biofuel, and electric utility industries will join Kelly on the four-person panel.
``I'm honored at the invitation to testify and pleased at Congress's support of solar technology. Solar is quickly becoming a major component in business and government strategy across the country to fight soaring energy costs and keep U.S. industries competitive. Solar is now mainstream, cost-efficient and practical, and is being embraced by state and federal legislatures as a renewable energy source that leaves no dirty carbon footprint, improving air and water quality,'' said Kelly.
Quentin T. Kelly has been Chairman of WorldWater since its inception in 1984. He has many years experience in international business involving water and solar power needs in the U.S. and the developing world. He holds three patents relating to water and solar systems. In 1998, he was inducted into the New Jersey Inventors Hall of Fame. Earlier, Mr. Kelly was Assistant to the President of Westinghouse Electric Corp., and CEO of corporations manufacturing and marketing specialized water and solar systems internationally.

Beacon Power Announces Plan to Build First Frequency Regulation Plant in New York State
Sunday September 30, 3:25 pm ET
Company Submits Formal Interconnection Application Following Completion of Design Work for 20-Megawatt Facility
WILMINGTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Beacon Power Corporation (NASDAQ: BCON - News), a company that designs and develops advanced products and services to support more stable, reliable and efficient electricity grid operation, today announced that it intends to build its first 20-megawatt flywheel-based frequency regulation plant in New York State. To that end, the Company has filed a Small Generator Interconnection Request application with the New York Independent System Operator (NYISO).
The interconnection application was based on design work for Beacon's 20-megawatt plant that was recently completed (in accordance with a previously stated September milestone) in collaboration with Carter & Burgess, Beacon's architectural and engineering contractor for design of the plant. Interconnection applications are site-specific and include electrical drawings, site specifications, descriptions of circuit breakers and relay equipment, and other supporting technical data. The design work was partially funded by the U.S. Department of Energy under a contract administered by Sandia National Laboratories.
"As we move the business into commercial deployment, we will be also initiating site development activities in New England, the PJM Interconnection and California," said Bill Capp, Beacon president and CEO. "In the coming months, our goal is to have multiple sites entering various stages of development. This will give us a better choice of locations to build more regulation plants and provide flexibility to adjust our plans should a specific site become more or less attractive."
