I think it's maybe a) because of their long term debt (debt... bad..), b) the CEO is not back in the driver seat yet from his surgery and c) tech is strong on the PC and storage side right now but shakey on the telco side.

I am long on LVLT because I know first hand that they run a top notch organization, I do use LVLT and most of their competition and LVLT win's hands down. I also like that they own a bunch of fiber assets, I think they see that as a way to get better control on pricing for bandwidth in the future when cheap capacity is exhausted. Finially they now have a Content Distribution Network and that should drive additional capacity without saturating their backbone, while bringing revenue up.

To me, $4.50 is cheap.

Longterm (1-2 years), I think LVLT is a great play when we run out of bandwith. I think the stock will pop up to $5 again but i'm not going to buy because i have my money invested elsewhere.

Wow this chart looks bad!

It's definitely the debt that is the big issue.

Wasn't this Cramer's big pick of the year!?

I think this fed move is going to be seen to be very good for LVLT as the risk related to their debt just reduced. I expect a nice run back into the mid-5s from here.

Indeed, closed up nicely today, didnt it 4.65. This is my olddddd favorite..made me some nice money last year. The fed announcement was good, and think now that some gaps from last year have closed, should move up.
