Is there an available list of stocks Cramer will discuss before the show?
Okay, I know this is a crazy request but if he's not manipulating the market then making his list available would certainly avoid the accusation.
After hour traders know what I'm talking about, take MCHX for example, it rose over $4 tonight after the mention of it by Cramer. Come on, make the list available before the show.

if you find it let me know where to get it hoss. i have devoted hours into looking for a pre-show list. what i could do with a daily list
i tell you what to do is wait till he gives a ticker and run to the phone and do a aftermarket order with your broker ( make sure he pushes the bull button first) if you want to trade like that then thats what you gotsta do.
  sounds fun don't it?

How is that possible?
Are you one of those people who depend on jim's every inch of advice? Come on man, learn some trading strategies or something. By the time him or analyst mention a stock, its either a bad stock or you're too late to get in.

As to the first point, yes there is an "underground" list which goes around the street. Obviously he doesn't want people to know what the names are ahead of time as he wants to get the maximum pop to make himself look good. There are plenty of people in the food chain (analysts, producers, etc.) who have the information, and some days they can't keep their mouths shut.
As to the second point, i am not sure what surpirses you. Cramer mentions a name he likes, the stock INSTANTLY runs up a dollar or two as "dumb" money piles in. This is people sitting in front of a screen putting in buy orders at the market. They ceratinly are not calling a broker, as the impact happens in a matter of a second or two (How fast can you type?). In the eveining the offerings are light until the shorts step in to create supply, so the shares shoot up. Do these people ever make any money? I can't imagine how.
It's a rigged game. Stay away. Look at a name he mentions. Do some work (he is usually wrong about his analysis), and then when it comes back (they almost always do) decide if you want to own a few.

My observation-- The Street.com sells research reports on YAHOO finance. Enter a ticker and you may see a research report on that stock for sale. JC also has some $ Premuium Content$ analysis on a specific stock on The Street.com. Once these research reports/recomendations pan out, he introduces them at no cost and on the Radio and Mad Money. Nothing wrong with that. After all this is Cramerica.
