I like Barcharts.com (http://www2.barchart.com/) for the resistance/pivot and support levels they figure based on the current price.

I also like the Nasdaq (http://www.nasdaq.com/reference/MyNasdaqConfig.stm) site for other pertinent information.

The Wall Street Journal (http://online.wsj.com/mdc/public/page/marketsdata.html?mod=mdc_topnav_2_3046&refresh=on) has some easy roll-over charting information on many of the instruments they follow, damn good page overall, every sector is covered plus futures, moneyflows, etc. It is on a 15min delay, but it's also free.

Disclaimer: I'm not a chartist or technician, but I use some of what I've learned from those methods to help in analysis of stock movements. I might go and stay at a Holiday Inn Express to boost my education level and expertise though.:)
