Delaying, withholding justice is a crime, if the charge is real and the victims were not compensated by publicly exposing the actual crime and ALL the criminals.
Concealing crime never prevents it... it sustains it.
The case may have already needed to be offered in an international court and the Country fined and travel restrictions to the Country of Iraq should be applied defining a ruling of an immediate withdrawal of all American armed forces, if not but by letter. The issuing of the letter of law in this case will paint the picture and it will fill the legal hole that exists at the heart of the matter, ...like a photograph of the crime on TV.
If O'bomb is guilty of any delay or withholding, he and everyone involved in this case connected to the crime, including the delay or withholding of evidence as it pertains to victims in this case; the victims being all humanity and the people that actually physically endured the crime, having not received timely and proper legal compensation, be it recognition of the crime it's self in addition to penalties, need to be imprisoned and they need to pay a civil fine penalty large enough to compensate for the international penalty or (pardoned, as a result of the rendering of domestic justice) so it does not embarrass everyone further.
Current actions are beyond suspect or probable cause for investigation, be it public, private or an international effort.
Through the eyes of implication, this President is covering the High crime of the office, the former occupant and all persons that can be connected and convicted in this case. This now means, the burden for this remains with all victims and the American people are now legitimate combat targets. The people of the United States have been offered up as a shield for the very soldiers in the field and that is exactly what the President's case now rests on.
We are now not only being rob financially, we are now legally obligated to defend ourselves against the Executive Office in this case. If there is no legal action in defense of the people issued in all the courts that this case should receive such an indictment, the enemy has a legitimate target if they go by the president set by the Executive Office. You can be raped, tortured and killed without cause or public review. That is exactly what MCA 2006 represented because it gave the same legal cover defined by the fact that the Executive Office was given all power and was legally beyond the Constitution as long as it held the power to enforce it's New World Order.
Of course, if an eye for an eye is ignored and the enemy winks at individuals that are civilian or otherwise, people with eyes wide shut will look that much more pathetic in this case and will remain looking like all the idiots that cheer when, someone they adore for personal or political reason cuts off justice from the people and favors that spirit or gets away with rape torture and cutting off an innocent persons head just because they have been abused by the United States. That spirit and leader they let loose and that continues to remain free and at large, without and without a legal warrant for arrest do to such ''jurisdiction'' or president is evil.
That reminds me of the cheers I heard when I was outside working at a building downtown D.C. when the OJ verdict was given or when the freaks cut off the heads of Americans in Iraq to cheers of ''Allah is great''. Freaking sick idiot bastards, that is ...without a Father in Heaven as they have no mercy on Earth for the Son of God or any child of God in Christ, much less for their own butt and bruised heal.

That was the most coherent thing Blackhole has ever posted here, and only minutes after I was asked if he was crazy in a private message and I said he was a first order nutcase.
Except for the religious nonsense at the end I find myself in complete agreement with him ( I assume it's a he because women have a different slant to their dementia). Filtered down it's "Justice delayed is justice denied" and I also agree that unless the events described are acknowledged and properly adjudicated Americans could be targeted, and we'll give more of the moral high ground to the bad guys, and further tarnish our reputation as a just and fair nation.
For Mr. Obama to continue the reprehensible behavior of his predecessor, or to aid and abet those people and that behavior, is a violation of the trust those of us who supported him, and a fist to the stomach of the national zeitgeist.
Release the pictures, and all the reports, memo's and any other related information. Sunlight is the best disinfectant , and this boil on the face of the nation must be lanced and drained.

I am a nutcase, don't sell that short ever. I do not take credit for the truth, the credit stands as the source.
A nutcase gets broken when the truth falls upon fertile ground and opens up, becoming the image of the Tree of Life. The truth is, the source is the Tree of Life. In this case is, the image of the tree, so long as it grows, if not, the case is closed as if it was never part of the source. In this case, persons that are missing the nut in their case, they will never know the source because they are making the claim of being the chicken, not the egg. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vaoP73OJBa8
Once, as I was lead by the words ''fear not, go with God'' minutes after being a life long atheist.
Back when I was not described by friends and family as a nutcase yet, I stopped at the top of the concrete steps at the top of the cliff that lead down to the beach at PB in SD because, I saw a figure of a person. It was about 3 AM so it was dark but, you could see well enough to the point where a person could be found. I looked down the beach to see where they went, there was no one. Standing from that position on the top step of the stairs down to the beach, I noticed on the step I was on, right in front of my feet, there was writing. I could not see it well because it was written in coal. There are fire pits down on the beach and someone must have written these words with a portion of coal from the pit. Well, I got close enough to where I could make out most of what was written. The words mentioned a tree and a branch of the tree. It sounded like it might be some kinda religious writing but, I never read the Bible and if ya tried to give me some kinda religious crap you would get an F off. Well, I asked what it meant and instantly I received the answer. Turns out, the source let me grow. By the way, it turns out, someone did write from the Bible, it has the tree and branch verse that was on the step. Now if that ain't evidence fer being a nutcase ...and that was just a bit of that experience.
Just thought I'd mention it to reconfirm the nutcase for persons, in case there is a doubt about the source for the Cause in this case.

i'm tired of everyone playing the troop card. we try to hide all our problems behind the idea of "it would put the troops in harms way". back when bush was beating the drums of war, you would get attacked as non-american and unsupportive of "the troops" if you said anything against the administration's war efforts. now, even investigating various crimes and indiscretions puts the troops in danger.
everything EXCEPT sending troops to war zones seems to put them in danger (haha). it's a card that is too easily played, both by politicians and by citizens alike and i'm sick of people using them to hide behind.

Very sad - Unfortunately this kind of thing happens in EVERY war, and is one more reason we should look very hard at not going to war- Bush should be tried as a war criminal for misleading the American people and lying to us all so he could get us to support his war in Iraq-Now after all these years what good has come out of it?

While it is sickening, it is not surprising. There are scumbuckets in every country. The thing that differentiates America from other countries, China and much of the Muslim world come to mind, is that the general ethos of the nation and culture do not condone such behavior.
You're always going to have an ill-trained authority figure on a power trip that gives a specific cohort a black eye. In this case it is unfortunate it is our military. There are a lot of good kids out there just trying to serve honorably. But it's worth saying again, what makes America great is that this type of behavior is met with disgust by the overwhelming majority of the populace.
By the way, while I can't say I fully support the release of the photos, after all it does depict the victims in very humiliating circumstances, the perpetrators had better be strung up by their nuts. This is absolutely unacceptable on every level.

These pictures will cause more problems when the criminals get " probation " or are put under house arrest on the outskirts of Miami where they can drink and have fun all day. This happened with some soldiers who killed scores of innocent Vietnamese civilians. I believe of one was released quite early for " good behavior ". I bet that experience really taught him a lesson.
If such events pose a threat to the troops, it should have been stopped in the first place. I won't be surprised if news of such nature are printed again.
As far as religion goes, the people involved in terror attacks represent a number so small of the entire Muslim population, you'd have to extend the number of significant figures in excel to actually see it. Blaming religion is plain stupid. The number of homicides per year in USA is 4 times the number of people that died on 9/11.

See, I don't get this. We don't string these kinds of assholes up in America , we give them cable TV in jail.
We should just let them go, and make a website so you can see if one lives nearby. This is the liberal way afterall. Oh, we need to educate them too.
