The cop needs to be arrested and jailed and the chief needs to be fired and fined.
It's time for a new YouTube type web site, one that has live feeds from cell phone cameras etc... that record police pull overs etc... and generates admissible evidence and as a result generates cash flow from police corruption. I can see the herd of ambulance attorney adds piling up now. The new surveillance window needs to work for the public interest. Call it Bad Boyz In Blue.com or TurnaboutFeds. There could be private security companies posting cameras above the public funded ones, they get the feed and locally go out to arrest officers, places them in private jails before they are convicted in private courts or the private cops can just stand by at arms and support citizens arresting the criminals in uniform. It's about time to start restoring order, the meat head mustache mentality ain't cutting it in the new realm of citizen surveillance.

It's funny, if ya have ever worked inside the Fed rules, recording is against the rules. If it was not the case the criminal mind, charge with public service, would not be able to remain unchecked. As it stands, whistles don't get blown because of the rule protecting criminal conduct inside the public office. Corruption, incompetence, conduct unbecoming etc... remain securely employed at tax payer expense. There should be 24hr audio and video on government employees at all times, in the work place and in public, while on duty. All recording should be easily accessed and admissible in every case against public employees, from legislators to the cop on the beat. If their gonna REAL ID the world, the government employees that go to Jekyll Island, like the Treasury Secretary, need to carry their RFID and audio visual public recording device and it must be on at all times. If their chip is lit and the public surveillance devices are not on and there is a public case of wrong doing while the devices were off, public review can take it in to account.
Can you imagine a new public call for that kind of legislation? Turning the Northrop Grumman red light cameras on the slush funded morons?
Never happen. It does not matter at this point, the nano flies on the wall will catch up soon. Ooo, that's a good one, ''Private Nano Drone Fly''. Good start up private eye company, hmmm, wait a minute, oh ya, the CIA and FBI is a public private partnership already. Looks like they need some domestic competition based on the new demand.

One day, while reading a book by Terry Reed, an old school bud I had not seen in many years shows up. I was just sitting on the deck when, an old CIDs' son, this friend, just walks up unannounced. We got to talking about things and he asked me what I was reading when he saw the book. At that point, I had no idea where he lived or what he had been doing. Turns out he lived in Arkansas and told me he knew Mr Reed. I found out all about Clinton's Flowers gardens etc... Pretty wild timing eh? For some reason that happens all the time. Well, I can tell ya, I met some of those runners, which lead me to read Reeds book, not to mention having been aware of the Christic Institute and INSLAW PROMIS in the dark before hand, which made it more than ironic to have a friend show up from Arkansas on this particularly ironic deck a few years before working for ABC on the Hill, in the White House and at the Pentagon on 911. Talk about the horse talking, it rides up out of the blue to do it if it don't put shit on my shoe just for walking this way.

Sheeit, I could fill up the page trying to walk people through the proverbial trail just for anthrax toting Americans, there are thousands of hours to waste posting vids that'll piss ya off. If ya know personally, it gets old after a while and it's been so long.

This is from my home town. A minor who I believe was 13 at the time, joined our local police departments 'ride along' program. Well, the cop put the girl in handcuffs and sodomized her and raped her and then scared the hell out of her so she would not tell. Eventually she did.

Now, the shocking part is this, Mark Voltz and Helen Prokoski, both fellow detectives, said this scum should not go to prison because it was an act of WEAKNESS!! HELEN IS ON THE RAPE TASK FORCE!!! This scum bag only severed 11 months of his term!

DON"T YOU DARE TELL ME HOW COPS ARE HONEST, most deserve the term PIG becaus they earned it. We ARE in a police state, you just are lead to believe you have freedoms.

BTW, when you see the detectives ask the judge for this scum not to go to prision you must understand that he raped her 10 times.....
