How do you guys see these play out in the short term? I know I want to buy them eventually but I have a feeling that they are each going to drop in the near future. To wait... or not to wait?
DAC and CTIC both look promising too. Any thoughts on these?
Any insight offered would be greatly appreciated.

Well, this is from my personal experience, my biggest loss YTD has been in C - they are still in a deep deep mess, and will definitely follow BoA and make secondary offerings worth billions. AIG might go up in the long run, and i am sure the fed wont allow it to collapse, but they will be broken into little pieces to make it managable, AIG also has access to additional tarp money - but will it gain in short term? I doubt it.
CIT? I think they have already sold plenty of their 'good assets' ,so not sure if it would be a wise move. Then again, this is my perspective - you'll find tons of folks here who'll probably have a better opinion on the above 3 than me.

If you want a good bank stock.. GS and MS are the best. BAC and C can always be played in a good swing both long and short depending what the charts setup. Always play what the market gives you. i feel bad for stubborn bears getting squeezed in this market.

I went short on C today with some put options when the stock was around 3.83. I'm looking for a fall to around 3.50 in the next few days with some luck.
