Hi All,

I am really confused on how warrant stocks work. I have 2 warrant stocks that are expiring in July (FIGIW and JAMBAW).

Here are my questions that I need help on:
1. What do I do when they expire?

2. Are my shares going to be worthless?

3. Are they going to pay me a certain price for the stocks I bought?

I'm sorry if these questions are a little dumb but I just need some enlightenment.

Thanks,

John

It's been a while since I dealt with warrants (over 10 years).

I believe they are much like stock options (with long expiration date) and can be traded like stocks.

1. You should exercise your warrants or sell them before expiration.
2. Or else your warrants will be worthless (I think... someone correct me if this is wrong).
3. No... if you want to exercise to buy the stock that the warrant represents, you would need to have the money to buy the stock.
