Yes, I still hold MUSE. However I hold a LOT of .MSQXY. If MSFT corrects to as low as $27, I'm going to make enough for all my Christmas gifts. ;)

You can jump out of GNSS right now and make 13%. I'm continueing to hold. MSFT is slipping nicely despite a few intraday rallies to around 28.05. RSH slipped today and you could have gotten the option cheaper than 1.35. Oh well, you can't always pay the best price. I still feel positive on all 3 option trades.

Out GNSS .QFELX @ .75 (44%)

GNSS was a beautiful example of how I wish every day went. ;)

I'm still bearish on MSFT. I like the stock to pull back to around $27.15. At that price, the option you paid $.30 for will be worth $.60. How's that for some Christmas cash?

RSH ended on an ugly candlestick, but it clearly should start trending up. Let's just hope our stop/loss doesn't get hit.

its funny :? i was going through some short filters and found one that produced ge as a short 8O 8O i am long ge.... it just broke out from 34.50, i was just thinking it had a good turn and i turned the calls from .35 to 1.25 and was wanting it to go more. i wonder if this is one of those "hoggs get sliced" oppinions?? the calls are good til jan. you got any input there pie? thanks

pietistic

pietistic

11-23-2005, 11:07 AM
that alright, december is too close and i dont need any more loss's. booyahoo had gotten me in this damn appl short and i am down alot. i need to stop listening to off the wall stuff and just play da market for what it gives me. anywho, is mr softy still in a good spot to add at .30 puts?

pietistic
11-23-2005, 11:25 AM
I'd say, judge for yourself. Everyone seems to think it'll go up forever but I'm not buying it. I'm staying firm on my 27.5 PUTS.

after looking at da chawt it looks to be showing a pull back has begun. i secured a few contracts in the event the pull back starts :D thanks pie...
i think we need to be thinking of axing muse, it has been sideways for a few days and i am worried that the uptrend may resume soon. what ya think? ---there is still the insider trading problem that could spawn bad news but when

pietistic
11-23-2005, 11:54 AM
I'm thinking the same thing... watching it closely. Might place a sell order for .40 and see if it gets filled.

jacobnbr1
11-23-2005, 12:02 PM

pietistic
11-28-2005, 11:35 AM
I just purchased some AT PUTS. I'm a little skeptical about what this market is going to do so I'm taking it easy...

jacobnbr1

pietistic
11-28-2005, 01:54 PM
jacob, tell me you didn't take a loss of MUSE. She's finally dying.

jacobnbr1
11-28-2005, 02:09 PM
nope.... i am a steady john when it comes to holding. i expected a pull back or wave down in da markets and figured this dawg would follow. i also figured gps would also :? :? .. appl still not dying, i cant beleive it. i was out shopping with the wife over da weekend and was looking for ipods and no one has got any. apple is liable to go to 100 for all that. i hope msft will not be da same way over da xbox. just wondering if today is a one day down or the spawn of the overextended pull back..

There's obviously some games being played with MSFT. They stock keeps dying then tons of buyers step up to the plate. Every day it's a constant fight between the bulls and the bears but everyday it closes down a few more cents. My guess is that the smart money is exiting and the 'public' is holding it up. I don't think it can keep that up much longer. It's bound to breakout one way or the other.

11-28-2005, 02:45 PM
trickle plays dont increase options price out of da money. i did the same with mrk calls and didnt hardly make anything.

pietistic
11-28-2005, 02:59 PM
You're right they don't. But the MSFT PUTS should be in the money by Friday.

jacobnbr1
11-28-2005, 03:36 PM
ahh i see yes by friday maybe more if the selll continues. is the filter you use on sf?

pie - do you see a put on MSFT with strike of 25.00 to risky? I was tempted but held off for tomorrow and was going between strike of 27.00 to 25.00

TIA

jacobnbr1
11-28-2005, 06:11 PM
i see it waaaay to risky. i am holding the 27.50s and that is all the risk i am taking. i dont think she drops too far.

pietistic
11-28-2005, 08:48 PM
25's are way too risky, you want the 30's or 27.5's. Check out this on MSFT:

I've never seen so much insider selling 'at the top'.
