RYE, N.Y.----GAMCO Investors, Inc. announced first quarter 2009 earnings of $0.30 per fully diluted share versus $0.37 per fully diluted share in the first quarter 2008. Net income was $8.2 million in the first quarter 2009 compared to $10.5 million in the first quarter 2008.
