what do u think of the vangard 500 fund or other vangard funds?

Vanguard has the lowest expense ratios I have seen and they perform well. Both of my parents IRAs are with vanguard and we use their funds.

Vanguard 500 for yourself? I'd rather buy the SPY ETF. Other Vanguard funds are great.
