Altria (MO) downgraded, DRI price lowered

Altria was downgraded by Goldman Sachs this morning and the price target on DRI restaurants (Olive Garden, etc) was also lowered. fyi

One of the reasons for the MO downgrade was based on speculation that the woman suing over "light" cigarettes will qualify temporarily for a class action lawsuit which GS believes will be struck down in the courts, within two years. This is why I no longer invest in stocks subject to these types of court cases. Anyone can do anything to a company to try and cash in with no personal consequences if it's bogus (with our current legal system) and it still takes years to get it all worked out and costs those companies tons of money. MO is getting some support after a huge fall this morning, but not much...
