ARTG goes higher

This is a stock that I think has the potential to go to above $2.00 by year's end. It has been featured in some recent media articles and has gone up over .40 in the last month. What does everyone else think?

It looks like it can have some upward movement. I did a IBD stock check up and they give it a C+ and the chart looks good. I would do some more research.
