As a Buddhist if I mention this I worship "that little man"

Buddhistism is indeed a most enlighting philosophy

For me, this philosophy can be summarized this way: "Keeping up with the 'joneses' will rot your soul, mind, and body"

Proof? Look around you and in you

Turn off the "CNBC" and Cramer and "Fast Money" and "American Idol" crap and reflect on the following:

1. Life is suffering

2. Suffering is due to attachment

3. Attachment can be overcome

4. There is a path for accomplishing this
